Studio Headphones
Graeme was extremely helpful when advising on which headphones to purchase. He is very knowledgeable and responsive to e-mails and made the whole process extremely smooth. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to purchase any studio equipment!

Great Customer Service
Purchased a Retro Sta Level from Miloco and the unit didn't initially power up once it had arrived. Graeme instantly sent out fuses and valves in order to rectify any problem with the unit free of charge. Up and running within a working week. One of the best purchasing experiences I've had. Will 100% be purchasing from these guys again. They are a step above the rest.

I'd be careful...
Friendly relations but sale was cancelled
because of security issues--representative
requested additional sensitive information so I had to have PayPal investigate.
Money was refunded but I didn't get the item I wanted.
Had I used GooglePay I don't know if I'd now have the item or just be out $4400 USD

On Speed Dial...
Robbie and the team are now my go to for gear.
I used to spend hours or days comparing prices and Robbie would just beat it in one phone call. He's always fair and reasonable so I now don't even bother shopping around now.
This frees up more of my time to look at new gear I'd like to buy, I see why he does it now..
On bigger purchases they have been able to get me a demo model, or try to out in one off their studios. this defiantly helps make the right choice when you are spending £££
