Quick delivery and sturdy bed
My order didnt take long to deliver. It was very easy to assemble, i did all of it myself and it didnt take long. I watched a youtube video prior to building it and it was much easier than i anticipated. I read some review that it was hard. The bed is very sturdy. Really happy with the end result, and i showed to my 3 yearold who was very happy about it. She asked me to buy a bed right away so she can sleep on it.
Only thing i would recommend is that the ledge be another 1-2 inch talled.
Most mattress i saw are 10-12inch tall and the ledge is 13.5 so i just worry it is easy for the toddler to fall out.

Updated review- good product and good (but slow) customer service
OLD REVIEW- UPDATE BELOW: I ordered a bed in the wrong colour and emailed to cancel right away. They shipped it anyways, and now they want me to pay for return shipping. Terrible customer service and overpriced bed.
UPDATED REVIEW: Customer service reached out to me and offered a resolution which I am happy with. I also want to correct my review as it seems they were ultimately able to cancel the shipment with the courier company. Although I was initially told it was too late, they were able to do this.
Having now received the bed and put it together, I can say the bed is good quality and we're quite happy with it. I shouldn't have said it was overpriced before receiving it. It is made of wood, unlike other beds which are made of MDF, and it's worth the price they charge.
I would suggest to the company that they put in better self-service options for cancelling orders, as I tried to cancel within minutes after it was placed but the only option was to email customer service.
I understand it must be difficult as a small company trying to balance the costs of technology, customer service, and quality materials.

Dream Raft Floor Bed
We purchased the Dream Raft Floor Bed (Double) for our daughter when she was 1 year old, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The assembly was very straightforward, and the quality of the bed is excellent. It feels sturdy, well-made, and thoughtfully designed.
Overall, we have been extremely impressed with both the product and our experience. We would absolutely recommend the Dream Raft Floor Bed to other parents and have already recommended the company to several friends and family members.

TERRIBLE, stay away!
1. Your product listing page is misleading - you should not state the product is in stock and will ship in 48H when you don't even have inventory.
2. You would not let me cancel stating you have already shipped, whilst you generated the shipping label after I requested cancellation due to the delay in processing my order.
3. Your tracking says that the item is stuck somewhere in BC while your website indicates you are located in ON. This is misleading as it gives people like me the impression that we are ordering from a local shop.
4. You send other customer's order info by mistake to some other customer (you sent me someone else's)
Overall Order and Delivery Experience (I have not received the item yet and do not wish to keep it as it is severely delayed) - TERRIBLE, stay away. There are ample options out there.

After reviewing your order, we found that it was placed on August 2. Unfortunately, the color originally selected had gone out of stock before the order could be fulfilled. We reached out to you by email to offer an alternative color, which you agreed to on August 7. The color was updated the same day, and our warehouse fulfilled the order on the next business day, Monday, as our warehouse operates Monday through Friday.
We also understand your concern regarding the cancellation request. By the time the cancellation was requested, the order had already been fulfilled and tracking information had been generated, which limited our ability to cancel it before shipment.
Regarding the address shown as (ON) while the shipment originated from (BC), we’d also like to clarify that our main business address is in Ontario, but we work with fulfillment warehouses located in different provinces, including BC, to process and ship customer orders.
Regarding the customer information you received, we identified this as a CS ticket-routing error involving an email intended for another customer. We sincerely apologize for this mistake and have taken steps to address it internally to help prevent a similar incident from happening again.
We understand that the overall experience has not met your expectations. As a further effort to make this right, we will still do our best to request a return-to-sender with the courier.

Defective bed frame and wrong size canopy
We recently purchased a bed frame and a canopy.
First of all, the frame was preordered as per the website. So we went ahead to order while we would be away for a long weekend. But it was shipped right next day of the order.
Meanwhile, it was not mentioned on the website that the canopy would be preordered but for some reason, it has been updated to preorder after placing an order then we had to wait for about 1.5month.
And then, what we received was the frame with some defective parts and the wrong size of canopy. Also, we presumed that Mimi bed are sourced locally but the package said Made in China. It was a misunderstanding on our end but unexpected fact unfortunately.
And, to get the defective parts of the frame, we had to disassemble the frame and pack it again instead of Mimi bed sending those two parts. It is very hard when you have little kids at home if you would imagine.
Anyway, although it was a long wait, it was handled effectively and efficiently with the customer support through endless communications.
Special thanks Anthony and RA who were supporting and arranging the replacements.
My kid loved the new bed. Looking forward to getting the replacements.

I placed an order for a bed frame and bed mattress on May 11th 2026. I still have not received the bed mattress on Aug 10th 2026. I received the bed frame but it came with broken parts. There is no physical person to speak with about issues.

Absolutely in love with our MimiBeds Ary House Bed!
We got this bed for our 3-year-old daughter, Scarlett, and it has quickly become one of my favourite parts of her room. The design is adorable, the white finish looks beautiful with everything, and I love that we can decorate it and change the look as she grows. We added fairy lights and a canopy and it seriously looks like the sweetest little dream bed now.
It feels sturdy and well made, and Scarlett absolutely loves having a bed that feels like her own special little space.
I also had such a positive experience communicating with the MimiBeds team. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and lovely to work with.
We couldn’t be happier with how Scarlett’s room turned out. 🤍

Late and subpar
The order was two months past due, but they were communicating about that so that didn’t upset me. What DID upset me, however, was the fact that my long awaited bed came opened, with damaged/ broken and dirty pieces. It is not real wood at all and it is quite flimsy. I can’t imagine I’ll get more than a year than this for safety reasons. I am by no means and capable of putting together furniture have put together many things in my life. However, it took three separate people on three different days worth of teamwork to get this thing together. Incredibly frustrating piece of furniture to assemble. Beyond it being frustrating the hinges that came to install the door just straight up did not fit where they showed in the picture in the instructions. It was like I had a different model entirely. Makes anything from IKEA look like an absolute breeze. I asked them to contact me about missing broken pieces and unclear instructions and I never heard back from anyone. they also sent a free “gift” for the wait which was a teepee like structure for the playroom. It came broken as well, and despite trying to make it work, my daughter cut herself on the wood and it collapsed on her multiple times. Shame on these people for doing anything, but the best quality when it comes to children and their safety. The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because the bed is somewhat functional for now, but I had to turn around the bed so that the door structure faces the wall as it’s not strong enough to withstand a 20 pound toddler standing up and shaking it around

We are so happy with the Dream Raft floor bed (natural color and size double). It is sturdy, well-made and easy for our toddler to climb in and out safely. The design is simple, cute and fits perfectly in our child’s room. Our child loves to roll around in their sleep so this bed gives us some peace knowing that there’s less risk of falls compared to other regular beds. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to transition their toddler out of a crib!

Poor business practices
My husband ordered our bed in mid march. It was not delivered until end of June. He had to chase down customer service several times to get updates that were outright lies and when he asked for a refund they instead offered an upgrade that we did NOT want. When he insisted on a refund they ghosted us. Save yourself the headache. They will lie about the status of your order to stall and delay your escalations then basically act like everything is solved once they deliver your items. There aren't bad reviews on their site because they make it impossible to leave reviews. Even their social media they're hiding the negative reviews. Shady business overall.

I havent had a chance to try the bed out but the service i received was outstanding so far.
I had not realized it was a pre-order. When I contacted the staff to explain my situation of needing a bed for his first visit to his home in Canada, they made special arrangements to get me my bed in time.
The bed is is somewhat easy to assemble. LOTS of parts but understandable since it needs to be shipped. Overall the bed looks great and awaiting my son's arrival.

Bed arrived without a manual and…
Bed arrived without a manual and without any hardware. It’s been 2 weeks now trying to get them to send me the missing parts. Very frustrating.
Update: A week after I posted this review, the hardware arrived. It is all mislabeled with the wrong letters per the manual I was emailed. My husband spent the time to try to match the hardware to the manual and discovered that we did not get sent the correct parts. Hardware is not what is on the list. We do not have pieces we need even after matching the best he could, there is definitely not a few things listed. And at this point we don’t even trust the steps in the manual.
Update: I asked for a refund and was offered a replacement bed. I do not trust this company at all anymore, so I once again asked for a refund. They are making me send the bed back even though I do not have a box big enough to accommodate the bed’s size. I do not trust they will actually give me a refund after their shady customer service’s handling of this situation. Fingers crossed I actually get my money back.

This has gone on for months now. The amount time and energy spent trying to either get my purchase or get a refund is ridiculous, and still no resolution!

Love this playpen and playmat so much must have if your baby is crawling all the unsafe places in the house. This has been a saviour. My baby loves independent play time in safe space. Material is so good of both the products Playmat is such a high quality.

Excellent Wooden Playpen
