After my initial review the team were able to find my email and sent my items. Products are 5 stars, cats absolutely love them. Updated my score to 4 because it shouldn't have taken a review to get sorted. However does seem like an honest mistake and I would buy again.

Haven't sent my order, haven't responded to emails or attempts to contact them. Really disappointing as cat loved the toys after getting them in a gus and bella box. Would not recommend, having to start a case to get refunded.

My cat Loves these toys. They are beautifully made from wool, are safe for cats to play with. The customer service was amazing and fixed an error right away and shipped free of cost for missing item. I will be a repeat customer.

Discovered the brand in Oliver Bonas when I picked up a Monte for my cat Frida. She absolutely loved it and it was the toy she's been most enthusiastic about having and playing with. For Christmas therefore I wanted to get her a fresh new Monte as her old one had gone a little fuzzy. Looked up the website from the old Monte packet to buy direct but also picked up the twisty twirl as well as a set of four balls whilst I was there too. She loves them so much and I will continue to buy all toys for her from here in future, as it's now our favourite brand.

I always receive my purchases in a timely manner and they arrive in pristine condition. These toys are well made and my kittens love them all.

I got the products in plenty of time which are for my friend and mine's cats Christmas as well as for some other people I know with cats. Beautiful,well made goods and I like that they are eco friendly.

Ordered the mustard cat cave to keep my mature moggy warm this winter - what a treat! She got in straight away! Beautiful high quality wool. Would say it's more of an olive green than a mustard, but I'm not complaining... I LOVE olive green 💚

Great job. Items arrived really quickly - a selection of really lovely, super cute and quirky toys. Beautiful and so well made. I also love the fact that these are actually doing good and having a wider positive impact than cheap plastic toys from any major retailer. Will definitely be buying more (although due to the quality of them and how robust they are, they look as though they will last years!).

We already have a lot of their toys, all massive hits especially Felix and the banana. Was very excited to see the garden selection. The new collection has already arrived, all look amazing but think the carrot will be a very popular toy this time!

I met Tiffany at her pop up shop in Norwich and bought one of her wonderful cat toys! They are well made with lovely packaging and my cat adores it’s Monti Mouse! I’ll defs be back to buy more!
