We had a bit of a mix up with our order and we're concerned about it getting to us. We called and they were very helpful! They let us know the order was actually already delivered. They are being targeted by scammers at the moment giving them a bad name but this company seems very legitimate and the customer service was amazing! We already ordered again.

Scam. They took my money and sent the same repeat email that everyone gets. They told me to write a good review and I'd get a replacement then they have the so-called manager or had the department or whoever it was trying to tell me that I wasn't giving them enough information but I would give him screenshots and everything from bank statements to their actual website even and they still say that they were hacked well hacked or not I so proof of payment not my faulted they didn't get paid they should have gave me my bark and not tell me this complimentary bullshit when I paid for it the scam is on the inside for sure

BEAWRE the 5 star reviews are all fake here. these people are big time scammer please do not transfer any money . these are scumbag of society who will rip off hard earn money .i have lost $400 . i am surprise how dare they come back with an explanation saying that they are victim themself and someone else has defrauded all these buyers.

scam asked me to use cash app instead then claims that it was the wrong account even though i sent a photo to confirm the cash app account was correct

I really hate to have to say this, but I believe I’ve been scammed. I’d rather reviews and I’ve seen the trust pilot among many other you know scam verification sites and everybody says that this site is hands-down trustable. I’ve read reviews on materials that have you know being purchased from them and where there’s been an issue they’ve taken care of it. It looks very very reputable. So I don’t know why when I ordered $900 worth of material they held my package they said, and he offered me another five units of what I was getting for an additional $300 that would’ve put me in a total of 1200 seemed a little hinky to me so I questioned it. After giving it some thought I figured that I should just stay with the original investment and see how that went. Mind you I have investors people that have given me their money so this isn’t just me getting burned, but upon my refusal or my declining of set offer, there has been radio silence. I have tried for the last two days to get a hold of them to see what the current status on my packages they have read them both on WhatsApp and on the chat on their site. No response whatsoever shows that they’re online but you know there’s just a little green dot. I’m not sure what to do from here, unfortunately, and this is really a shame actually it’s I was thinking that I might’ve actually found a decent supplier.

Not getting put together(scammed) when spending money online is a great thing!

I haven’t recieved the order yet but they responded almost instantly when I asked if my order was confirmed. Because I ordered the item and didn’t create an account til after so I wasn’t sure what was going to happen. But she responded with confirmation that it was ordered and the next hour or so it was already being shipped. Great customer service .

I've ordered from this company numerous times and every single time I received my order in a timely manner and the quality was excellent! Some reviews mention that the packaging is not the best and it could be improved but it works. One time the very thin plastic bag had a small hole in it from a stem or something but I didn't lose any so the packaging doesn't really concern me enough to take a star away. I do appreciate the obscured packaging/shipping label. They do accept card payments their card system was temporarily down and Bitcoin was the only payment method but that issue has been solved. Their sales team are awesome and any questions I've had have been answered quickly and politely. They honestly seem like good people.
