They said my order was shipped twice but I never received anything even if I was at the address whole the time and I didn't get any email about delivery...so sad.. but thanks God after two months I received my money back... I am sorry but I do not recommend!!
SCAM!! Bought it and received it. But this is where all the problems starts. From the moment I plugged it in it made a sound that did not sound right. It would blow and stop, blow and stop. It ‘screamed’ and would lose power. I placed the hairbrush piece on and the same problem. I thought it would explode.
I mailed the company the day after receiving it. I had to email 3 times before receiving an answer!!!! I could not even use it once :-(((( They then said: send videos of it. I did, then they said. Take a video with two different plugs. The. I had to send one with the föhn piece. They wrote back: the föhn piece is. It connected correctly and therefore under our policy you used it wrong and broke it. I never used it!!! The machine without any koppelstuk were already defect!!! It is a cheap product. I honestly do not know how they were allowed to sell this in NL. Do not buy from this company! It is a scam!!!
