Absolute joke
Absolute joke, it seems I have been pulled into the same scam as everyone else, send videos, return to Asia at my cost, or receive 15% refund and keep the item, what do I do with 15% refund and robotic hoover that isn't fit for purpose? Please avoid at all costs
Zero stars - Avoid avoid avoid
Product didn’t match the specs, features didn’t work, and refund policy is a joke. You’ll be asked to send videos and pay to return it overseas. Lots of similar complaints — this feels like a bait-and-switch operation - a deceptive sales tactic dressed up in fake endorsements. Currently filing a Section 75 and reporting to Trading Standards
One big Commie Con
I seem to have joined the ranks of conned people. I saw the delivery was through Shopify & foolishly looked no further. Keep away.
Is there any way of reporting this…
Is there any way of reporting this company? My mother had bought the Robot vacuum however as we all know it is a load of rubbish and we have in fact been scammed by this company. I thought I would take this into my own hands and contact the company. Surprised to see that they only have an email address to contact.... shock that is!! I emailed them stating that this product is not what she had paid for/ it is also not performing! have you ever tried to sleep while the Robot hoover is on?? No, not a chance!! I even filmed the hoover smashing into things and the noise the hoover was making which was pretty loud. After a long month of emailing the company, I managed to get a 35% refund, still isnt great but I don't want to stop there. Everyone that has written a review has been scammed by this company, we need to stop this happening.
I was curious to see why they have two addresses on the website, one being Hong Kong and the second one being London. I phoned up the office space in London to try get and answer and see if Mimyy were using the offices, nobody has answered however I am still trying to get in contact with someone.
I really hope people read this review before buying any product from this company. Don't ever do it, you are wasting your money.
Do not buy from this company
Took ages for device to arrive. When it did it was faulty. Customer service confusing. Offered 15% refund or I can ship item back to China and "once verified" they will refund!! A scam company for sure do not buy from them!!
No stars for the watch that doesn't…
No stars for the watch that doesn't work within 3 months of purchase, 2 apologies but no actual refund. If it smells like a scam, acts like one, what can you assume?
This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam - ordered a leafblower over a month ago - its no arrived - refuse to refund - and reading reviews if it ever does arrive its likely to be a really bad product. I wish I could report them as they must be breaking laws ???
Avoid at all cost
Ordered a projector. Took 2 weeks to arrive when the delivery states 5 days. States 6 hours for email responses on weekdays and up to 12 hours on weekends when really it’s more 5 days. It’s now cost me £29 to return my item as it has to go back to china.
I have to give one star to get on line
I have to give one star to get on line, if there was a negative rating I’d take it to the top.
Bought a tv projector, won’t work, and they don’t want to take it back - no shit !!!
Going to report to Trading Standards.
I will never deal with Mimyy again.

I wouldn’t even bother with one star if given the choice.
Evac purchased takes over 48 hours to charge then works for 30 minutes max.
I’ve contacted Mimyy several times providing clear explanation and photos.
They requested a video, which I sent but no follow up from them.
I’ve asked for a refund but hit a wall of silence.

A complete scam
This company and products are a scam. Stay away from this. The product does not do what it supposed to do, and you cannot get a refund either. Someone should investigate how they get away with ripping off UK customers
do not go near this company.

Ordered a hoover robot type not the same as a few others have commented as the address was London based which is just an office room thought I was being safe no . Lots of e mails product not described correctly etc got 20% refund after that . There is that old saying buy local and keep our shops going might be more expensive but hey we all learn .
Please please please avoid
Please please please avoid. I purchased 2 routers from Mimyy, they took 3 weeks to arrive, I messaged them at various times and was given waffle. When they arrived they had American plugs and leads so I asked for a refund, their website makes it sound like it easy but its anything but. After an email exchange of 10 emails they refused to pay for return shipping even though its their fault providing the wrong plugs, I was just faced with very unhelpful responses and emails all saying the same thing that if I wanted a refund I had to pay for the shipping back to China. In the end I tried to book shipping but all UK companies wanted their tax number to make a booking, they refused to give me their tax number, there can be no reason why not other than they Know I cannot then book shipping and return.
Please avoid this company the are extremely unhelpful, their return policy is a joke, everything about them is underhand and crooked….
You have been warned.

I ordered a new iron from them which has taken two weeks or more to arrive and on delivery the iron was very very poor quality and extremely expensive . Please stay well clear of them and they’re being difficult on refunding my money too.
Scam!!! Stay away
Shame I can’t give it less than 1 star. Scam!!!!!! What I received was not what I ordered. Promises of free gifts! What free gifts. Rubbish, AI generated customer service responses. Learnt the hard way and should have done my research first.
You won’t get what you ordered & returns are to China!
Like others on here I ordered the Cleanova Glide7 robot vacuum cleaner. I did a lot of research & decided that I wanted a model with auto-charging. I read the reviews on “independent” review sites & this was rated the highest by one company. The website was impressive & the features were really good for the money. The company was listed as based in London. I went ahead & ordered the vacuum & quickly received an email confirmation.
The first red flag soon followed when the tracking number was for a dispatch from China. Now I wasn’t concerned about it being made there as most things are but dispatched from there is not good because it invariably means major issues if you need to return it.
The vacuum arrived after a couple of weeks but the package was obviously too small to contain an auto-charge machine. This was confirmed when I opened it & no free gift either!
At this point I checked out the returns policy & other well-hidden terms & conditions. As expected if you return anything you pay the postage to China & if they are satisfied it’s not been used you can hope to get 65% back, less postage. Basically you’ll get nothing so nobody will bother.
Hidden somewhere in their T’s & C’s is a mention that they may substitute the ordered model with an alternative…
I embarked on a string of angry emails with customer services, supposedly based in the UK but weirdly responsed at very strange hours! Basically I kept threatening to go through my credit card as I’d clearly not received the goods I ordered.
Eventually they agreed to a 25% discount which put the cost of the cleaner in the right ball park for a basic model and saved me the hassle of a dispute with my credit card company.
The “intelligent” model they sent is very basic for a robot cleaner. It has to be charged through a USB & only lasts about 35 minutes. The app which comes with it is pretty useless & not surprisingly gets a 1* rating on the App Store. It doesn’t have any kind of sensor to prevent it bumping into chair legs or skirting boards. It doesn’t pick up all bits. It loses charge quickly even if you’re not using it.
On the plus side it does pick up animal hair well & is worth my keeping for this alone.
Overall you should avoid this company like the plague!
