Never ever again!

Too long deliverytime ,without any notifications.
I was Charged before delivery.
Parcel was OK when at last delivered

It took a month for my order to deliver. When I got the things it felt more like it was orderd from Temu or shine and not like the company make it sound like. Not the quality I expected.

I placed an order for several Christmas gifts in early December, but now, as January has arrived, I still haven’t received anything. I have tried reaching out via email, but no response has been provided.

This company does not appear to operate in good faith, and their lack of communication is deeply unprofessional. I suspect this might be a fraudulent website.

I strongly advise others to avoid this site to prevent wasting time and money.

They promised 2-3 days delivery. We ordered two weeks ago and it won't arrive until after Christmas. That's truly bad.
Since it is a gift to a child it's even worse.
I'm swedish, and the webshop looked swedish and so you think it will be sent from within the country when it's actually shipped all the way from China!

Stay away from this company!!!

Totally false advertising pictures on the website. My order arrived almost a month later and it was missing the biggest and most important item. And what I did receive was not at all like in the pictures. Not worth the price either. I honestly feel scammed.
Do not recommend this shop.

Beautyful things, a very nice puzzle for small kids with their name so every time they see their puzzle they also see their name and some cute animals around. I also found a nice dress with a shirt with small teddybears and trouses to in a very soft quality. It is cristmas presents so my grandchild haven’t got it yet but I am very pleased!

I did not find any particular faults with my item as it matches the pictures on the website, but I don't feel like I can trust its quality. This is a company that try very hard to appear local, small scale and sustainable, yet persuading you to buy with free shipping and quantity discounts. I think my item arrived straight from China judging by the language on the exterior packaging, and I will not order from them again as I feel decieved by their lack of transparency.

It was a very long delivery. I like the stuffs but hade to wait too long.

I intended to order a different variant from what I received. The order page is not clear. It shows the same picture, no matter what variant/size is choosen. That is misleading.
Ordering page shall have low rating but product is nice so I choose 3 stars as a summary.
I asked to return and receive what I thought I ordered but was told I shall arrange return on own expence …

I'm satisfied with the product I bought. But it took way too long to get it. I only bought a small thing that could fit in our mailbox. But it took 14 days for the package to arrive.

It was delivered in good time, its practical, it looks nice and of great use.

Delivery time took 10 days, even though they wrote it will take 1-3 working days!

1-3 delivery days according to website pre-order. 10-12 after order. Not a serious company

Truly messed up and ridiculous company. My items arrived almost three months late, all of which were either defective or broken. I received only a partial refund when we agreed on a full one. 1500kr down the drain and countless hours over several months wasted on purposely ignorant and difficult customer “service”. This is illegal. So, I’m filing with the police as well as ARN. Furthermore, they cheat and manipulate trustpilot for higher levels of rating but trustpilot found them out! STAY AWAY!!!

After LITERALLY hundreds of emails back and forth, I finally got a refund of the original sum FIVE MONTHS LATER. They still owe for damages, however (yes, I did take the errand to the authorities, as promised), which they conveniently avoid and do not make so much as an effort to acknowledge let alone respond. But I’ll be getting it all back soon enough, with interest (thank you ARN)!

Extremely late delivery. I asked to cancel my order within 2 weeks due to my order hadn’t even left their warehouse at that time. I explained I would not be in Sweden to receive it as the delivery is late. They ignored and insisted on sending it anyways. I do not get help from their helpdesk. They insist on me getting the order although I’m not in Sweden to do it.

It was pretty good. I ordered a name stamp and it didn't get delivered right away but I contacted customer service and they fixed it for me right away. I received it on the next week. Really nice and really helpful.
