Navigation it's only possible in Danish :(
It has been working very well, people are attendant, cooperative and very helpful, specially when dealing with such complicated and depressing subjects as unemployment.
It would be awesome/perfect if we could (at least) navigate the site in English.
I do understand that this is Denmark, but many of the IT professionals use English as their working language, which means that their Danish it's not perfect or good enough for such important subjects (specially does who work for international or multinational companies, and there's a lot in Denmark on IT)

Thank you for the review and for bringing up a relevant issue regarding the use of English terms. The benefit rules are born as a Danish model, and it is very hard to adapt perfectly into English. We are however working on finding a solution.

The best customer service
I have chosen Business Danmark as it was popular amongst my friends and students at the Academy. When I graduated, Business Danmark representatives were so helpful! They provided me with all the information I needed, regarding documentation, legislation and much more. I am really happy to be a member of Business Danmark as their customer service is excellent, all the representatives are fluent in English and are ready to answer your calls even if it is the 5th one today. :) Thank you, Business Danmark for you service! And thanks for Emil, who had patience to guide me through this dark forest of legislations and documentations.

I got uneplyeed because of corona…
I got uneplyeed because of corona virus. Everything seemed to be OK until the first payment. I was calling and sending emails asking to explain me exactly in English why the amount is so small. Even though I was sending all documents where stands how many hours I was working, they haven't paid me for around 50 hours. For my last email I haven't even got an answer. This is unacceptable!

We all know that this is a difficult time and I know every single one of the employees they are working very hard to answer everyone that has been contacting A-Kasse. First of all I want to say very well done and keep up the good work :)

Their online system never works when I am supposed to use it. Have not been able to book a single meeting myself - ever !
When I call min a-kasse, people do not care nor do they listen and are very rude. SERVICE IS SO POOR !
