Being unemployed can be pretty hard so it's genuinely comforting that min akasse are so quick to respond and understanding. They immediately booked a meeting and Gitte was incredibly helpful at walking me through what i needed to do.

I rate MinA-Kase with 5 stars, because my experience when contacting with them is simply great.
The consultants I communicate with, no matter by the phone or personaly, are always very helpfull, understanding and willing to help.
It lifts up my mood and motivation to find my place on the labour market.
As a citizen of other country, it's not difficult to feel excluded some times.
That's why, I find the job consultants do there being extrimely important.
And they do it in exceptional way.

Having never been unemployed before and unsure how to proceed,I found the staff very friendly, patient and helpful even after several calls in a short space of time. At my first personal meeting my case handler was friendly encouraging and supportive. Steering me through the somewhat daunting first steps .

Great experience!
As a recent graduate, the process of looking for a job in my field is very scary. My advisor from A-kasse helped me understand the whole process, offered great examples of places to search, and answered all my questions, making this experience less stressful and easier to navigate.
