You can also visit our Grab & Go shop at 79 High Street, Haddington, East Lothian, EH41 3ET. We cater for a range of tastes including gluten free and vegan. Simply the best

I'm a self-confessed sushi addict and have been fortunate enough to indulge my addition all over the world. Having been a customer of minato since they opened, I can safely say this is some of the best sushi you will find anywhere - always fresh beyond belief, great flavours, expert construction and brilliant value for money. Amazing sushi is only half of the experience though, because Jen and the Minato Team also excel in their customer service - whether that is in the Haddington shop, pick up at Cockenzie or home delivery I've never had a bad experience. I cannot recommend highly enough - give Minato a try I promise you won't be disappointed.
