The best sushi in the Edinburgh area
Everything Minato makes is delicious! They have a fantastic range with creative flavours, and lots of great vegetarian and vegan offers. This is a rare business that delivers wonderful customer service and amazing food. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent Sushi, Lovely Team
Great communication when sorting out an order for a large group, and the team were so nice when I got mixed up about where I was supposed to collect my order. And above all, the sushi was a massive hit and everyone was happy and well fed!

Just fantastic sushi!
Enjoyed a gift card for Christmas and was really impressed with the quality of the sushi, especially for the cost. The tech and delivery worked pretty seamlessly too. Very happy!

Fantastic Vegan Lunch
I contacted Minato Sushi over Easter weekend to ask if it was possible to order a Vegan Platter for the coming Wednesday. The response was quick and helpful despite the holiday weekend.
The food we had was absolutely delicious. This was a birthday lunch for a 50th and the birthday girl loved it.
