Thank you Mina Tours and especially Hassan for your wonderful guidance. It was really wonderful to book with you. They guided us thoroughly and entire booking process was smooth. The Makkah hotel Al Ebba was not really close but at the walking distance, rest the Madinah hotel was nearer to Masjid Al Nabawi, we stayed at Taba Al Salam and literally it was a few minutes walk from Harram. In short it was a wonderful and pleasant experience. Thank you Mina Tours

Our family of four recently completed a 7-day Umrah trip with Mina Tours, and overall, it was a truly memorable and spiritually uplifting experience. From the initial booking stage to the completion of our journey, their team was responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making things smooth for us. We stayed 3 days at Emaar Elite Makkah, which was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located with easy access to the Haram—something that made a huge difference, especially with family. The arrangements in Makkah were well-managed, and we didn’t have to worry about logistics, allowing us to focus fully on our Ibadah.
For the remaining 4 days in Madinah, we stayed at Emaar Mektan, which was equally pleasant and offered a peaceful environment close to Masjid-e-Nabawi. The transition between cities was handled efficiently and the overall coordination reflected good planning. What stood out the most was how Mina Tours maintained communication throughout and ensured we felt supported at every stage. Of course like any trip there were small moments that could have been smoother but nothing major enough to take away from the experience. We returned home with beautiful memories and I would definitely recommend Mina Tours to families looking for a reliable and well-organized Umrah package.

People running this are scam artist, they have taken over 8k from us and have not followed through have been waiting for my money back from them but they dont give back please no one use these filthy animals

I booked tickets for Umrah, it's been 3 years and I haven't been given any tickets and no refund. Contacted Citizens Advice Bureau, I had taken this company to court and because the owner can't be reached because he is in Pakistan I still haven't been able to claim my refund. This company is fraudulent do not purchase anything from this company and any company operating under this company. They owe me £8000 in refund.

Mina Tours arranged Umrah for me and my family. We were a group of 8. All things were arranged superbly and on point. The staff are super helpful with everything and I would really recommend their services to anyone travelling for Umrah

Very bad on communication as they said you will get visa 100% but all they want was paying me the the fee of 150£ and they said after after the payment there is no visa for you so totally scammers

So i booked an umrah with these last year in january 2023 for December 2023. I was paying in installments. I was told by the staff that once 60% of installments have been paid, i will recieve my flight tickets. I had paid 60% and requested my flight ticket from them. They responded by saying i have to pay all the balance before they can do this ( they lied to me about 60% then get my tickets). So i paid in full and waited for them to send my tickets. Waiting for a few days and no ticket for me. I was then called by them and was told that my flight tickets have been taken and i would need to buy an upgraded ticket which i would have to pay extra for and i wil recieve my ticket in 2days.. i paid that... No tickets were given to me.. also at the start of my deal, i was told i would be in 5* and 4* hotel. When they sent me the hotel evoucher, it was a 2* and 3* hotel ( trying to cheat me).
I had requested my refund in November 2023 because no flight tickets were given out to me even though i paid extra.. it is now the end of January 2024 and i am still waiting for my refund. I had sent numerous emails to the accounts team who deal with refunds. Only recieved 1 email out of 10 i sent. No updates regarding my refund, only told me they will process it once ready. I will wait for my refund right now because Allah has given me patience..

I went holiday and Ummra the service there was excellent

Mr Sheryar Majid is a legend!!! Absolutely beautiful service made sure my family’s umrah package was sorted and left no stone unturned. I have used a few different companies in the past to book umrah and they were good but Mina Tours is a Rolls Royce compared to the other companies in the UK. He made sure everything was perfect really appreciate the service which was provided will use this company in sha allah in he future again 💯

The service and expertise from Mina Tours was first class and they understand all your travel requirements. The journey was very well organized. Everything was on time and the hotels were lovely and near to the mosques.

Assalam o alikum brother and Sister ! My name is Naeem Azhar and I paid £420 for Umra package for two adults and one child Mr Hashim deal with me 26 Feb 2020 and i paid this money for umra unfortunately covid case start in UK just before they applied for my umra I hand over our passport to another Somalian Muslim guy but embassies got shut down due to covid I call them to refund my money as they even didn't apply for our visas so it should be pretty straight forward but till now they have,t gave my money back or give me any voucher to apply again I been trying to call them on there mobile and the company number which is advertise on website but they are not picking up the phone at all I was waiting for there respond very passionately but now I am going to relevant authorities because this is unfair with innocent customers who paying for umra or hajj and getting this unnecessary stress. I would like to see response from Mina Tour's on my mobile number or give me any number to call

Faizan Ayub is a super idiot and a fraud... He buys online ticket for customers without any flexibility... and then if you ask for change of a date in ticket so he would buy a new ticket and would claim price of a new ticket as fee of change in date....I am in contact with London police and will soon come to Mina tours and Faizan to expose their true image

I would like to thank the staff at Mina tours for organising an amazing life changing umrah trip for my brother and I.
I would also like to especially thank Brother HASHIM, an absolute gentleman and I recommend organising your trip with him, he is truly amazing at what he does. He goes through everything step by step and finds the best deals to suit your preferences. A very genuine and honest man and we couldn’t be more satisfied with what he provided for us.
