The company Team Appears to really want to deliver but unfortunately, THEY ARE NOT currently delivering and changed committed withdrawal dates. So instead of being able to Withdraw at end of lock out period, they pushed this into the future not days but WEEKS! Just in time for their KYC enforcement on withdrawals. Then after that, added additional requirements for more KYC on funds which should have been paid months prior to these new requirements. Changing Commitments is not a Best Business Practice, and Shutting Down Customer Service on status of refunds/withdrawals is BAD BUSINESS. CANNOT recommend Mind Capital due to HIGH RISK. They Keep moving the "Goal" Post on unlocked funds withdrawals and Not giving Customer options to communicate. Daily Rewards Are Still Being Paid only appears to be unlocked committed funds where you want to pull initial capital off of platform impacted. Curious why small daily rewards are allowed and bigger unlocked funds have to go through KYC process....Not Good Sign here folks!!

Requested the withdrawal in december an I still have not received it. The company has liquidity issues, and the KYC procedure is a total chaos. Not paying. Stay away.

It is shame what this company has become.

I have been quite happy with Mind Capital until 2020 Nov when all of a sudden the profits decreased drastically, the company blamed their funds being stuck in exchanges. Obviously, all the customers wanted to withdraw their investments this January. Normally the withdrawal of original deposits arrive at the wallets between the 5-10 of the following month. To gain time with paying the funds, the company introduced a new KYC process, and made it compulsory for everybody who wanted to withdraw this month. The KYC process is not the normal, straightforward process one that you would expect from a normal company, they are administering it wrong, the notice does not arrive to users, some get paid the others are still waiting. All they say is that we should wait patiently, and the customers are all frustrated flooding the customer support that does not respond. It is a total chaos, what they have there, I am sure it was intentional to introduce such a wrongly administered KYC process, and then blaming it on the users for for doing it correctly and saturating the support imbox with complaints.

Today is the 17th, and they still have not even enable the KYC for me in their system.

Its a SCAM! There is no way to withdraw money, they "melt" your money on fees and transfers from one domain to their subdomain, i had deposited 40eur and after 90 days they earned additional 16 usd (yes only 16) and i requested withdrawal and now i don't earn new coins and my deposit is somewhere "gone", they don't respond on emails also even after 30 days no response... STAY AWAY!

I proceed with refunding the amount I invested. The amount supposed to be paid between 5-10 January and still nothing.
I wrote to support and no answer yet!

This is a scam company. They chewed up 500$ of my hard earned money.

Scam Scam don't touch with a barge pole.Dont want to know you when want to withdraw you're money and cease all contact with you when you won't hand over any more money.They are all scammers, my experience with them was very bad, they collect and blocked my account. I got my charged back thru gamalielrecovryservices. am so happy right now, best.

As of now I can’t say that they are bad, but as you look through the reviews a lot of people have left reviews prematurely. Allow me to explain.....So I’ve deposited $120 into this mind capital account (very small amount to test validity) so at about a 10% return monthly I’m looking to see $12 a month right. Which I have (oh and be mindful you can’t withdraw until your account at least has $50), but if I were to leave a review after the first month of successful return, it’ll be too soon I would have to wait a minimum of 11 months to see if I would break equilibrium and actually obtain profit (10 months = initial ROI, 11th month = first month of true profit). Most of these comments are wayyyyyy before 11 months of history, SO TREAD CAUTIOUSLY PLEASE DONT INVEST MONEY YOU CANT AFFORD TO LOSE. And with the lack of Federal regulations this company entails, they literally have no obligation to pay you anything. But at the same token you gotta take risk in life, but don’t risk too much. BE SAFE GUYS 👍🏾

Having value go up on a computer screen is not evidence of real value. Not being able to withdraw at will despite being a trading platform should be your first big alarm bell, the second is the referral scheme. Yes people can make money - but it will be at someone else's loss down the line. Key marketers involved are known ponzu schem proponents - including Simon Spetsys.

Yes, they are paying out or else how could they scam more people? Sooner or later they will disappear with everyone's money exactly the same as the hundred or so similar companies that come and go every year.

Arbitrage? Impossible because of the high charges to buy and sell bitcoin and the fact that it can take an hour for each transaction to clear, by which time the price has changed. Gonzalo García-Pelayo? He's either in on the scam or they paid him to front the operation and he's been scammed himself.

They've been blacklisted by Spain's Financial Watchdog what more proof do you need? Do a search on their website CNMV dot es.

This is a real big scam. In Spain Interpol is behinf Garcia-Pelayo the founder. They are recruiting people all over the world. Scammers how they are allow to continue to be to operate taking the money of innocent people. I have a friend and lost more than US$ 30.000

So far I have had a great experience, the website is very user friendly, never had an issue with withdrawing profits. The company has loads of social presence with a well known CEO leading the team and they are constantly progressing. It is available for anyone as the minimum starting deposit is only 40 $.
