This app is a scam. I signed up for a gym membership, and when I tried to cancel under the terms of the agreement they made it impossible to do so and continued charging my card. They have no customer support and provided no resolution. Unethical company with horrible practices.

This company was absolutely horrible to work with. Even after paying the buyout of the contract, there are still fees to cancel even though we never actively used it.

While the integration of Mindbody is great for businesses, learning how to use the branded web and understanding certain concepts has been very challenging. One model does not necessarily fit all, and that became very clear during my experience.
My biggest frustration was the use of “links” that are not actually links but widgets inside already created buttons. It was also confusing to understand the difference between links from the suite and the “links” from the branded web. On top of that, I struggled to clearly explain my issues to the customer support team, especially since the representatives kept changing.
That being said, I was very lucky that Hiren took over my case. He was exceptionally clear. After three days of barely sleeping and going back and forth with three different customer support agents, Hiren was the only one who explained every aspect of the system to me in clear, simple English. He went above and beyond to guide me and address all my doubts.
I have ADHD, so sometimes the way I communicate my needs, and the way I process new concepts, can be different. In an already time-constrained and urgent situation, the repeated back-and-forth emails and constant sending of documentation did not help; instead, they left me feeling overwhelmed. Being shifted from one agent to another was not helpful either, as they kept repeating the same information.
Hiren was patient, understanding, and incredibly clear. For that, I will always be grateful.
Customer support could improve by being more attentive to clients’ individual struggles instead of repeating training scripts word for word. Some of us need a different kind of communication.
That being said, now that I have clarity on the concepts, I can see how helpful and practical the entire Mindbody system truly is. It just needs a more adaptable approach to better support neurodivergent customers and different communication styles.

We’ve been using the Mindbody app for our business, and it’s been quite frustrating. When the system has issues or crashes, instead of meaningful performance upgrades or stability improvements, we often see small visual updates that don’t actually improve functionality. It feels like resources are being spent on cosmetic changes rather than fixing core problems.
Another major issue is the appointment booking experience. Many of our customers encounter a problem where the app suddenly jumps to a different month while they’re selecting a date. As a result, they accidentally book the wrong day without realizing it. This creates confusion, wasted time, and unnecessary back-and-forth to correct appointments.
We would strongly encourage the team to prioritize reliability, stability, and fixing booking bugs over minor design updates. These functional issues directly impact both businesses and customers.

I am new to this. But I love it. My coach was super. I loved the training. And can not wait to get going. If you are starting out and do not want to be tied down, this is the place to be. It's a lot to get used to, but I love it. I am a doctor, and this is the easy step that I could have taken.
