I did not enjoy the experience of the Mindbody's Learning Center.
However, I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our onboarding sessions with Felipe and Victor were. Felipe, in particular, has been an incredibly pleasant and supportive part of our Mindbody experience. He is a true asset to your team and could not have been better to work with!

10 year customer. Tired of them "force" updating processes to meet their interests and completely ignoring my interests as the paying customer. They have now hijacked all of "my customers" user profiles to consolidate any of them as one with another company my customer patronizes that also happens to use mindbody to manage their bookings. They now create now user profiles and consolidate the info to create a new customer profile with the fields controlled by them instead of me. My business is not here to serve them or their twisted sense of user profile organization that absolutely does not fit my needs. My data is under my control, not theirs, so I am done letting them regularly ruin my day by breaking processes claiming to be improving them. Clearly just attempting to help themselves, not their paying customers. They have been releasing this new user management model over the last couple months, and it gets nothing but worse with each bug fix as time passes.
Update: Thanks for reaching out via phone. As expected, your final answer a was to say that you are very sorry, but ultimately you have no solution. Typical.

Mindbody is an extremely robust platform for wellness businesses. They have excellent support teams and all the features you ever need. It's probably a little complicated for small business owners in the beginning as the learning curve could be steep - but once you learn it, it can do everything you want! It also helps with marketing, client acquisition, website building, and I like the new AI features too!

We signed up with Mindbody on a 1-year contract for one reason only: their sales rep told us their platform would generate new clients for our medical spa through their native app / consumer network.
We were very clear before signing that we did not need Mindbody for scheduling, payments, or back-end software features. Our sole interest was new client acquisition. We even raised concerns that medspas did not appear to get meaningful bookings through the platform, and asked for concrete data before agreeing to move forward. Their rep responded with written claims about average new-client bookings in Canada and Toronto-area medspa activity, which is what convinced us to sign.
It has now been 6 months and we have received 0 new customers through the channel we were told would drive bookings.
To make matters worse, the onboarding process was disorganized and delayed, and we had to chase their team for updates. When we later raised concerns that the platform had produced no results, getting meaningful responses became difficult.
If you are considering Mindbody primarily for client acquisition through their marketplace / app, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on what we were told before signing and what actually happened, we would not have entered this agreement had the sales pitch been framed more honestly.

I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a new studio with little to no clients as it is multiple steps to get them to book classes and people lose interest very quickly these days so not having a quick click to book option is not ideal and once you sign up you’re locked in for a year so there’s no way to get out of it.
