Delicious tea, even better service
I’ve tried a number of teas from Mindful Roots, most recently Isabella’s Brew (coconut blend) and Black Forest (rooibos blend). Each one has a subtle depth of flavour that builds and builds. Never bitter or harsh. Elle takes the time to talk you though her process of blending each tea or tisane, and the properties, flavours and health benefits each one can bring.

I've had a wonderful experience with Mindful Roots Tea. From savouring my morning cup of Jasmine Gold Dragon Green, to strolling through Greenwich Park on my boyfriend's birthday with a flask of delicious (rum infused - under the recommendation of Mindful Roots themselves) Is a Bella's Brew, to relaxing at the end of the day with a mug of Less Stress More Zest, each tea is blended to perfection, and feels like it's packaged with such affection that I will definitely keep going back for more.

Mindful Roots Tea is a brilliant source of delightful combinations of loose tea leaves, hand picked by extremely talented tea connoisseur/ alchemist!
For my baby Isabella's shower a custom made brew was created by Mindful Roots Tea to congratulate me. All my girlfriends who attended brewed a tea to celebrate my brewing a baby! The tea was refreshing and a party of flavours on the taste buds.
