Lots of emails
Ordered a box with a discount code which was supposed to come with a free set of aromatherapy oils; the box contents was disappointing and the free oils did not arrive.
To be fair they provided a free return service and have refunded my money in full, hence two stars and not one.
However the emails telling me that they were closing my case were relentless and when I replied this started yet another email thread with even more daily emails.
EDIT; The company contacted me the same day this review was posted asking for my number to have a chat about my experience, I replied immediately and have heard nothing 5days later. On the positive, I haven’t had any more emails!

Beautiful Crystals and Helpful Information
I recently received my first Mindful Souls crystal box and couldn’t be happier with it. The crystals were beautiful, and I especially appreciated the booklet that explained the properties and meanings of each stone. As someone who is still learning, having those descriptions made the experience much more enjoyable and educational.

I look forward to receiving my box every month, it is a big uplifting peaceful experience. This monthly box, it is the one thing I have set aside for myself, my self-care. As a full-time mother, wife, with a career, there isn't a lot of time for myself. But this box is just for me! And it helps me feel so good and empowered.
There was a problem with my subscription at the beginning, I had a double subscription accidentally. Mindful soul support was very kind receptive and took care of the problem very beautifully.

I love getting my boxes
I love getting my boxes. They are special each time. They have address a different aspect of everyone's lives. My last one was geared towards sleep and which I have a lot of trouble with anyway and it's just amazing. That crystals are high-quality. They're not little teeny tiny things. they're big serious crystals you can hold and you get a little surprise gifts in there from time to time that make it very exciting overall I really highly recommend this company and I love my boxes. I look forward to them every month.
