I felt really welcome to open up and felt understood and comfortable talking to her.
I tried it once, realized it is not my cup of tea(15 minute talk with a therapist who then sends you general articles about your issue that you can easily find online) but then the psyhologict who saw me called and asked why I don't want to do more sessions. This was uncomfortable for me.

Scam. Will only increase anxiety debt and depression. When you need help 1St go to your doctor and they will refer you to a professional.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2pm, and am very anxious. The psychologist, Cristobel de santi, did not show up for the meeting. I waited for over 5 minutes for him to show up and as he did not, I left the meeting. Just under 10 minutes later, he rang.
As a licensed psychologist myself, I told him that this was unacceptable. He asked me if I still wanted the meeting and I said in a few strong words, that I did not and that he had to be kidding after keeping a person with anxiety, stress and CPTSD waiting. There are much better psychologists out there than Mindler.
Mindler only added more stress to my life. Please do not use them. I was told my sessions were covered as part of my health insurance and when booking the app clearly showed £0 to pay. They then invoiced me a week later for my "free sessions". My first session was cancelled 5 minutes in by the therapist as they advised they do not assist with grief and they have invoiced me for a full session.
Paid the ridiculous fee and they still harassing me via email apparently to make another payment!! Scammers! Disgusting! Don’t use it avoid!!
Very happy with my psychologist in Mindler. We have very good communication and it was great to talk to her in Spanish. I am happy I can talk to her being at home.

DO NOT USE
£90 cancellation fee!
An absolutely ridiculous policy for people currently in a cost of living crisis. Add onto this that it is meant to be a service for people struggling with their mental health.
I’m appalled at how unclear the cancellation policy was when booking and equally am not happy that there is no vitality cover for such an event.
I highly doubt this would be a good service anyways.
Avoid if you prefer to keep your hard earned cash and want to retain your mental well-being in the event of a justified late-ish cancellation.

Very poor service.
Sneaky extra fees even when used through fully covered health benefits.
Mindler is the opposite of what I expected and has actually added more trouble and stress to my life. I wish Vitality never put me on to this service.
First appointment was just plain assessment .... understandable...On the second appointment the psychologist was just quick to suggest another form of "talk therapy" and she was so fixated on it that the convo lasted for 12-13 minutes.
