Instantly signed me up for a subscription before making an account even, no notice or asking to confirm a subscription. I luckily used PayPal and could see it was a subscription and got PayPal to refund it. No results were given either so made for nothing.

I've had to freeze my card.

Paid a small amout for a test and a week later they've taken 29.99 AUD. There is no means of contacting them via their website and the AI chatbot provides no help whatsoever. They site says "contact us for cancellations". No means of contact whatsoever.

They prey on people with mental health concerns and then make those issues worse. The site owners should frankly be jailed.

For those who got scammed, E-mail their support page for a refund, they will initially say they cannot refund, but be firm that you did not authorise your subscription and you will report them with the authorities, they replied me back that they will refund my money.

SCAM DO NOT USE!!! Charged subscription after what was supposed to be a one off payment! Needs to be shut down and reported.

I NEVER gave them permission for a subscription. When I agreed to them debiting my account it was for a once off payment for an assessment. Mindmetric builds their business on unethical standards. Shame on them!!! Do not use this service.

I was unfairly charged €29.99 for a service that was supposed to cost only €1.99. I never subscribed to anything or logged into any account, yet the amount was deducted from my account without authorization. Customer support is slow and evasive, and this issue seems to be a recurring problem for many other consumers. Completely unacceptable and dishonest. Avoid this company at all costs!

Basically just a scam company. Want to charge you for an online test, saying 'this is a one time only charge'... it isn't... it's a subscription.

They say you can unsubscribe via email, but... they don't list an email. You can only find it on the PayPal bill.

Scammers!! I paid 1,99$ for the test results, but after two weeks an automatic subscription started for 19,99$ per month. I have never been informed about this automatic subscription via email, this was only mentioned in the foot note when making the 1,99$ one time purchase. No refund possible, even though I immediately asked them to cancel this subscription and refund the paid amount.

THEY ARE FRAUDS!

The moment you sign up and pay for a test, they would automatically subscribe you to their shitty subscription, without notifying you at all. They would then start charging your bank account every month without your knowledge. There's no way to cancel a subscription on their website. Only way to do it is by emailing their support team. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

They deserve a no star review.
They will sign you up for a subscription and take your money without your authorisation.
What seems like a one off payment of a few dollars or pounds becomes more, unauthorised and impossible to cancel.

You take a test, they charge you $1.99 to get the results but little do you know that within a week youre charged 19.99 for some sort of subscription. No direct line of contact besides an email. I’m currently waiting for them to respond. In the meantime, I need to wait for the weekend to come to an end so I can talk to my bank and have them Blocked from withdrawing money from my account.

I paid for an assessment but they stole more money from my account after a week so I had them blocked by my bank.

Scam....you cannot cancel payments and they keep taking money from your account

SCAM! Paid for a $2 test, a week later and I've just got an email saying they've taken a $29.99 subscription fee from my bank.

PURCHASED ONE TEST FOR A FEW POUNDS AND THEY BEGAN TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THEREAFTER!! Horrible behaviour. Avoid at all costs!

It's a scam and Paypal is facilitating it, they will charge you 1.99 for a test and then WITHOUT ANY CONSENT, without you even creating an account they will start charging you a "subscription" that you never agreed to. In my case was 19.99 one week after the test.
