Hi, same problem as practically everyone else here, bought a test for like 1.99$ and was billed 19.99$ 3 weeks later for a subscription. Company is deceptive and does not list this in a way that the costumer can see. I also do not really know how to cancel the subscription, wrote them a mail now but not sure if they will reply. Horrible service

Do not purchase a test from this company it is a scam. They will complete the test and then charge you a subscription fee a couple of days later and refuse to refund - $29.99 in my case.

SCAM COMPANY. Do not fall for it. They reel you in with a £1 payment then two weeks later will take £20 from your without your permission no where is it stated they will take this from you but they do. Do NOT sign up.

Just got stealed by these scammers! Anyone knows how to cancel this shit and ask refund? Their website doesn't have any contact email ou phone! Help please!

My experience with this company is such that I have to send them a legal notice, and I am going legal against them in Queensland. Also, I have to get involved Mental Health Association, Australia as the consumers reviews show their pain of being treated in such an unfair manner. We are mental health stakeholders, not just consumers. Anyway, I will pursue action against this entity for the mental distress and stress I had from them.

Same issue as everyone else. Got charged the monthly subscription thinking I was just proceeding with a one off payment for a simple test. Annoyed to see so many other people falling into the same problem but obviously the company doesn't want to adjust anything as they are getting good cashflow from individuals slip up.

They steal my money ! I just used one service then next month they took subscription fees £15.
I asked them please refund my money and they said "trial period automatically rolls over into a monthly subscription at the rate of $19.99 USD per month" who knows this sh*t?
I am very disappointed and angry my hard working money they took it unethically. And their customer service is rubbish !

Got scammed the same way like everyone else’s the question is… how does one make them accountable for this? Is there a way to lodge a complain against them?

I also fell for this scam just like many others. At first this seems like a good responsible website but they keep on charging you for offer you never subscribed for. There is no option for cancellation I hade to block them from my bank account and change my card. Scam website.

You pay for a test result which is 2.99 AUD.
Then they just scam you into a 20 AUD / mo subscription after 7 day "trial" - which is NOT written in the checkout page !!!

This website preys on vulnerable people who are looking to get clarification on autism or adhd by offering a test which is blocked by a seemingly inexpensive paywall.
At no point does it indicate that you are signing up for a subscription. A week or two later I get a charge for 29.99 aud.
I have reported this to the aus government scam watch, my bank and PayPal. I have not had any results yet.
It did not occur to me to look this company up on trust pilot when I paid my (supposedly) one off fee. Obviously now I wish I did even for what seemed like a couple of dollars.

I wish I could give zero. These people are pure scum bags. DO NOT IN ANY WAY MAKE A PAYMENT OR GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS.

Unfortunately, I fell for this scam. I paid $1.99 for an ADHD test, and a week later, they charged me $19.99 for a subscription I never agreed to. There was no clear warning about recurring charges.

When I tried to cancel, there was no option to do it myself only a “Contact Us” page. I emailed them, but they didn’t respond for days. have now reported them to the FTC and recommend everyone else do the same
If you’ve been charged, dispute it with your bank ASAP.

Stay away from this company!

Scam. Charged for subscription i never consented to 3 days later. Much like everyone else in this thread. I contacted them via email and i am waiting for a response. Don’t wait for the chatbot, its a waste of time.

I paid what I thought a one off charge of £1.99 and just lost £19.99 out of my bank two weeks later, now I can't get hold of anyone to refund or stop it

I purchased a test and now, days later, recieved an email saying I have been charged 29USD for something I don't even know what it is. Probably something like other people are saying, they're charging me for my subscription, even if I did not subscript in anything. There is nothing on the website about any other fees. This is absurd.
