Worthless Support
I have emailed their support several times now as I purchased products from the website. There were many upsells that I really didn't want. I was not provided access. They email me back asking what access I need. I have explained in ALL of my emails that I have access to nothing. I have read that their 60 day guarantee is worthless. I will be calling my credit card by end of day if I am not provided access. Stay away from this company. Not good business practices.

I purchased a product which turned out to be very poor quality. I requested a refund. The company said it would process the refund but has gone very quiet and has not processed the refund. Mind Movies has all the hallmarks of a scam.

This company is a scam - DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!! There are NO refunds! They won’t tell you that so I will!! Their website states that they’ve helped over 10,000,000 people world wide but why are there on 47 reviews??? LOL LOL LOL
I signed up for the program but then slept on it and thought, quite honestly, at 66 years of age this wasn’t doable for me at this time in my life. So I talked to Natalie and felt I was led on by the possibility of a refund only to be told that it is not refundable. They said they can’t refund my $6,000 (yes that’s right) because they have to sustain their program. Ie They need the money. So everyone do yourself a favor -RUN!!!

After enrolling in the high-end coaching program and purchasing several of their products I not only have noticed a difference in my life but I was also able to replace my part time job with coaching clients.

Natali Ledwell is a fraud. A perfect conman and she dedicates her time to drain your bank account just like that. I did one of her programs faithfully and daily right up to the end buying the extra stuff which she introduced with each step. Did I get the results promised and what I intended? NO. Did I get a reply when I informed her that I hadn't achieved my goal? NO. I eventually un-subscribed to her emails, she still spams me daily emails.

I was surprised to see negative reviews about mind movies. I have completed a number of their courses. Natalie is very supportive and I’ve not experienced any problems with online programs or software. Customer care has always been good. I love what they do. Their courses have really helped me change my mindset. Thumbs up from me 👍🏼

I bought the software around a year or two ago. it worked well. did the job. it's like a barebones, simplified Imovie. it made creating videos faster and easier. Only thing is I can no longer download the videos I make which renders the software utterly useless and a waste of money.

Once this Company have details will receive endless mails discounts until give in & sign up.

Just been charged £118.11 out of nowhere. I bought a course of theirs over a year ago and wasn't told of any recurring payments.

I ended up not using the product I bought, it just didn't pull me in like the sales pitch did and I lost motivation.

I did not authorise this payment, a huge amount of money. I am attempting to recover the money. I have started by emailing Mind Movies to request a refund. I will follow up on here with their replies and any action taken.

I did some app housekeeping on my phone this weekend including getting rid of this one. . I clicked in the mind movies app and have had £115 taken out of my credit card. Thats right £115!!! I didnt even know they held ny details….

I am so far horrified. Having spent almost 500 quid, I got sent the link to log on. I managed to log on, tried to access various parts of the site, but error message.

I have tried to explain to them but no one is listening to me.

They tell me to try different browser, clear cache etc etc, this I have done all to no avail.

The tech support keep repeating themselves, I have requested a phone call, no call received. I have contact my so called coach, no response.

I have been going round in circles for two days.

Not good enough, having spent so much money on this.

How hard is it to make a phone call.

I am totally disgusted with the whole ethos of this company, their marketing strategy is purely one to scam people out of money.

On the face of it they appear to be a channel that has been designed to help you become more present and learn how you can create the life you want through focussed mind movies, meditation etc HOWEVER all they want to do is sell you programmes, meditations, audios in a “one time, buy now at a significantly reduced price offer”.

The nail in the coffin for me was their “message from the universe” email. When you open and read about the new “orbiting” programme that (in their exact words) will generate guaranteed income within 24hrs of purchasing the programme if you buy now. It’s all a money making scheme, one that is created in a way that targets genuine people to act now in order to receive key strategies from the divine.

I am absolutely disgusted that there are companies like this out there! DONT BE FOOLED INTO BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.. unsubscribe from their emails NOW!!

Invest your time in genuine, trustworthy people who are here to help and guide you into new possibilities and not just to take your money for worthless programmes full of complete 💩
