As a data annotator on Mindrift, I have up to 7 projects on my dashboard but can only work on one. There's no "Start Task" button on the others. What's the point allowing me to join a project they won't allow me to work on?

Project and Tasks Activation
Well, there are some projects that are very low paying, and I'm not sure if that the case with everyone or myself, like a project 0.10$.
There's also the issue of waiting to get activated on certain projects like Shop Evaluation. I have been waiting from March up to now, there's nothing.

Terrible experience working on…
Terrible experience working on Mindrift. First, I cannot upload the recording using their app. Initially, we can upload our recording externally, but then they change the requirement and we have to record directly on their app. But after you finish 10min of recording, nothing on the app is working. Not only that, when you finish the onboarding/instruction, most of them just has "please wait, more tasks are coming" without any further information. The frustration part is having no clear instruction or what to expect and what should we do next (if any), NOT the no available tasks themselves. Last but not least, the Zendesk support provides absolutely no help at all. They keep leading you to dead end, even shut down and start new convo when I asked lots of question. What a pity! In the beginning, the experience was almost seamless and faced minor to almost no technical issue like now.
