Great selection of toys and unbelievable customer service. Also shipped very quick!!

My kid loved the toys sent. Specially the nerf guns and the Troll toys. Both my kids enjoy playing with it during their paytime.

Ordered a book my son adores but unfortunately it went out of stock after order.

Quick email to explain the situation, they very kindly offered a few alternatives and sent my chosen replacement the same day

Received the book very quickly alongside a couple of lovely colouring books

We ordered a soft toy from Mindstorm with a few other items, however after a week were informed the soft toy was out of stock. We asked if we could just cancel the order, which was duly noted and our order was refunded. However, to make up for this error the team at Mindstorm kindly sent over some items for my 2 year old son, which was greatly appreciated! He loved all his little bits on Xmas Day. Excellent customer service

Bought an item on eBay & ordered it to be delivered to a local shop for pick up
This ended up being returned to Mindstorm who were straight away on the case
They reposted the figure to my home address & kept me in the loop all the way
