Deleted my entire server
It literally deleted my server that had hundreds of hours of work on it. For no reason. And it has backups but it isn't automatic like it says. You have manually make them all.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Regular saves are created automatically every hour, but these are not backups. The saves are overwritten every hour while you play and are designed for you to be able to quickly roll back if something happens while you are playing, such as buildings being blown up. We hate for any of our users to lose even an hour's worth of work and we are truly sorry.
Works only if you make manual backups
I had a server with my friends, it was on the free plan and it was about as good as you can expect a free plan to be. The server didn't start at one point so I contacted customer support, and they were understanding and friendly and someone managed to get it to work, but it completely deleted all the server data and none of the customer suppport people could fix it. If you make a minehut server you HAVE to make sure you make manual backups constantly or you lose hundreds of hours of work like my friends and I did

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your server data and that we could not find a backup for your server. Our servers, just like any technology can be affected by bugs or glitches which is why we always encourage users to create manual backups as often as possible.

Incompetent Staff
Here, I’ll write another one. I provided screenshots, I provided proof of him doing it, I got him arrested. Imagine not taking action on something that’s illegal. I sent screenshots of him hacking into a minehut fourms account with their username and him bragging about it in discord in his griefing group.

Absolutely horrible support
I've always had issues with Minehut. I've been a customer since 2020. I contacted support, told them about my issue. They told me that they forwarded it to their team and would look into them. Around 7 hours later I get a reply telling me to add EVEN more CPU to the server, even though that's not the issue. They don't even bother to look into your problem with servers and just make assumptions and asks you to buy even more of their overpriced stuff when you're already paying them £60/month.

I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. Every server is different and we fully investigate issues prior to providing advice on how to fix it. Exceeding your CPU is typically due to plugins, and we advise users to either reduce their plugins or upgrade as those are the only two options to resolve the issue.

Halloween Sever Plan Renewed Failed
I thought I could have an amazing deal of the Halloween special 360 credits MH35 server plan. However, my payment didn’t go through because my server plan renewed on the 3rd which is 2 days after the Halloween special ended. The issue is resolved and I am really happy and satisfied because customer support cared so much about their customers that they went out their ways to help me able to get the MH35 server plan.
