Satisfied with the service and deliver in time

No communication from Mineshop. Even though I eventually received the stock (damaged by the way), it took three months with no feedback and/or updates that this place has not stolen my money. I ended up taking leave to open a police case against this company and purchase another rig elsewhere. Now I sit with two bloody rigs. I would highly not recommend you use Mineshop for your purchases and shop elsewhere.

The product took a bit long to arrive with me relavite to the time lines provided on the website.

It took about a month to be delivered to me from date of order when th2ley talk of 14 working days to be delivered.

This in itself are not overly unreasonable, but my concern was that I could not get hold of them on the contact numbers provided.

Still I received it and are satisfied with the product.

I ordered an Aisen miner from Mineshop, the delivery took longer than expected and nothing was communicated until I reached out. The miner arrived and it was quite dirty, This made me doubt if it was even tested before being shipped to me.

I do commend them for being responsive on email.

After setting up, only 3/4 hashboards were working, I raised this concern with Mineshop and we did some troubleshooting. It did not work out and they suggested that they need to send me a replacement cable.

3 weeks passed and one of the other hasboards also failed and still nothing from Mineshop, I then contacted them again and they told that they had "forgot" and will send it the following day.

It's been two weeks and still nothing, I've decided to sell the miner at half the price to recoup my losses.

Fantastic service again. The communication is always first class.

After numerous consultations with the owner we have raised concerns of Copyright Infringement on trademarks we own, we were told on 3 separate occasions that the infringing content will be removed or has been removed only to discover minor text changes made to the content to try and circumvent the Trademark Infringements. Mine shop leaves us no choice but to take legal action against them and seek a takedown notice of their domain with the registrar.

Business is run professionally. Goods and services is 100%. and there is value for money in what the company offers. Mine shop is the way to go and thank you for being reliable and always keeping me informed on the progress of our my orders

Great service I received from mine shop they deliver your product straight on time and if you come across issues with your order owner takes full responsibility And nice part is you get to talk to the owner until u receive ur package(transparent indeed)

I have ordered some Second hand Miners from the Mineshop. The price was gr8. I was given the choice of 2 types of shipment of the equipment. I did not mind waiting for the equipment and opted for the sea transport. The equipment arrived on time as predicted by the shop. I was in contact with them on Whatsapp during this period. One board was faulty on arrival and a new board was shipped from JHB the next day without any questions asked.
All in all my experience with the Mineshop was excellent and I will definitely make use of them again for my next batch of mining equipment.
