Delivery service Product

Shopping was easy, delivery was fast, and the product was as expected. No problems at all.. I recommend this store.

Sales team was amazing, shipping was straightforward, no hidden fees, and the first company I have ordered BTC mining machines from.
3 x Avalon A15 200TH's during their sale, and arrived after 6 days shipping (weekend included).

Going to order here again for sure.

After sales reacted fast on my inquiries.
Hard to find such a good communicating company.

Just arrived Avalon A15. Really nice mining power

Fast delivery. Good price. Nice packaging, no problems with my item.

Great service 👏 rig runs smooth as silk, couldn't recommend these guys enough, delivery Great on time well packaged etc, my go to shop 😊

Easy process, quick delivery.

My order arrived on time. The device was perfectly packaged, with a label indicating that the contents were fragile and required special handling during transit. After assembled it with the display, I configured all the settings using the included manual. The equipment works perfectly. I rate the whole experience A+++.

Superfast delivery, perfect costumer service!

The information, that the power unit has also a fan included, is missing in the description.
This fan is so loud that this miner can not be used for "home mining". .. wasted money

Delivery, packaging fine.
One fo the two miners has some issue with 3 out of 4 temp ASIC readers. Guess they were bad or got damaged right after starting. Well, one still works, and hashrate is ok, so it's not that much of a big problem.

I bought a small item. Shipment was as promised, all went smooth.

Thanks you!!

A very satisfied customer! Received my Avalon Nano 3s a day after ordering (from Latvia to Liechtenstein) Faster isn’t possible! The miner is easy to install and hashrate is as sold! Good service and fast reaction! Will do business with you again, for sure!

Avoid this company they sell fake miners….

I bought one nerdaxe hydro and after a month it stopped working… poor costumer service and i lost my money… stay away of this company.

The miner arrived quickly, well packed, PSU included, and it works. That
part is fine.

The product page lists 8 TH/s as the specification, at 140 W and
~17.5 J/TH, and the FAQ promises "stable 8 TH/s output 24/7 without
throttling". My unit was shipped overclocked to 1000 MHz / 1320 mV with
the overheat cutoff raised to 90 C. At those settings it reached 8 TH/s,
then the power regulator faulted after about two hours and shut down on
input overcurrent.

At the manufacturer's own firmware defaults - 777 MHz / 1200 mV, cutoff
70 C - it runs perfectly: 6.1 TH/s, 95 W, ASICs at 52-55 C, zero hardware
errors, running continuously since 21 July. A sound machine. Just not an
8 TH/s one.

So I asked one question, five times over five emails: at what frequency,
what core voltage and what overheat threshold does this unit hold 8 TH/s
for 24 hours? I offered to test their figures myself, log everything, and
withdraw my claim publicly if it held. Five messages, no answer, not one
figure. Seven questions in total went unanswered.

Their final reply is the reason I am writing this. In their own words:
"every ASIC chip is subject to the silicon lottery and requires
individual adjustment when overclocking. Increasing the voltage and
adjusting the frequency are the standard steps necessary to stabilize
performance at higher hashrates."

So the 8 TH/s on the spec sheet is an overclocking result that depends on
which chips you happen to receive and on tuning you are expected to do
yourself. That is a reasonable thing to say about a miner. It is not what
the page says before you pay.

They refused any price adjustment and offered only a return for a full
refund within 14 days. No replacement was ever offered. That is worth
noting: if reaching 8 TH/s really comes down to which chips you happen to
receive, then swapping the unit for a better sample is the obvious
remedy, and it was never put on the table. Neither repair nor
replacement - only "send it back and take your money".

I credit them for offering the refund, and for shipping quickly. But I
did not want a refund. I wanted the machine to do what the page
describes, or a small reduction proportionate to the difference. Neither
was ever discussed.

Buy from them if you read the headline hashrate as a best case under
overclock, on a good sample, and not as a figure you can hold 24/7. Do
not count on technical answers after the sale.
