Been a member of Mingle for a few years…
Been a member of Mingle for a few years now (i think?) and enjoy doing surveys in general to share opinions and test products etc…and it’s great to be rewarded for your time…some surveys are good but it’s annoying to start so many but kicked off so baby as well…takes a while for points to build up for rewards too sadly

I've been with Mingle for several years now. Some surveys I'm not eligible for but 75% are ok. Some get a bit boring but the majority are fine and interesting. Love the rewards, I've had several Amazon vouchers.

I do enjoy mingle but filter system poor!
I do enjoy mingle and building points but what really really annoys me is spending 5 minutes going through a survey when at last minute told that I haven’t qualified for the survey and stopped and given 2 points ! When I started mingle it was 5 points and was a swifter filter procedure I think some surveys get what they need and get away with just a measly 2 points, where I would rush to do a survey I now only do them when I have time . I think mingle need to sort this system and give it some attention!

While occasional screenouts because you are not part of the target group or the max number of participant has been reached are normal they should always happen within the first 2-3 minutes of a survey. If you are getting screened out later, please reach out to our support team via the cotanct form in your account.
If you are screened out of a survey, no matter the reason or progress, any answers given up until that point are not saved or evaluated in any way.

I would have given this 4 stars but....
I would have given this 4 stars, the surveys whilst not that frequent (that may just be me of course) are generally good and bug free.
If you do have an issue you can get support which is not always the case.
I have knocked my rating down as they have changed the rewards you now need 2000 points to claim any reward and the gift vouchers are now a really poor selection what happened to the Marks and spencers ones? This now makes the site much less rewarding.

Getting Screened Out Too Often
Getting screened out of 90% of surveys after quite a few pertinent questions lasting well over 4 minutes which is a waste of my time and effort. Excuse my cynicism but this could be a way of getting us to do their short surveys for free.

With this high of a screenout rate we recommend checking if your profile surveys are complete and up to date, as we use these to preselect the surveys. If we don't have enough information here, we can only use your base data (age, gender, location etc) to preselect surveys, which results in a lot less invites and a high screenout risk.
However, screenouts should generally only happen within the first max. 2-3 minutes of a survey. If you are getting screened out later than that, please contact our support via the contact form in your account. We assure you that your replies are not saved, given to our clients or utilized in any way in case of a screenout, no matter the reason or progress in the survey.

I like that the majority of the surveys…
I like that the majority of the surveys are good quality and not just tick boxes. However the surveys are far and few between and it does take a while to build up a decent level of points
