If I could give less stars I would. Item took ages to arrive, the was damaged when it did arrive. Company refusing to give me a refund, telling me ‘the maximum compensation I can have is £3!’ Paid £15 including postage for a broken stencil!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS

I ordered a bra on 2/2/24 it still have not arrived customer service well want customer service!!! I wish I could put 0 stars

I wish there was an option for 0 star! This scam company don't even deserve the 1! Ordered a Christmas present for my grandson (the jigsaw car track), when I ordered it stated 7-9 days delivery, UK company it said. The company took more than the amount I had ordered! How can they even do that!! That was a massive red flag, so as soon as I'd seen they'd taken more from my bank, I emailed them and told them I don't want the order ans they refused to cancel! This was about 2 hours after I placed the order from FB (stupidly!) They refunded the extra 5 pounds something and I then waited almost 8 weeks for delivery! Constantly emailing them saying I no longer want the product, they refused to acknowledge my wishes. 3 days before Christmas I disputed the payment with my bank and they refunded me the money. It arrived the next day, absolutely battered! Not good enough to give as a present, and nowhere near worth the £23!! I asked for the company to give me return details, they refused and offered £1.50 compensation! Insulting! They have disputed with their bank and today have taken the money back! Banks are useless! I will never buy anything from FB again and will warn everyone I know not to. Its an absolute joke. How can they get away with lying about being a UK company? How are we not protected? Its fraud! Yet even banks are turning a blind eye! Lesson learnt! And not just this company....every advertisement I will steer clear!

I got what i ordered and it is a piece if rubbish, parts don't stay together. Don't waste your money, buy nothing from them

My 4 year old loves these! I was actually kinda jealous they don't have my size, they're so cool! The shoes is very well made. They're very heavy. The lights are rechargeable which I find neat. The straps are adjustable. My toddler actually wears a smaller size shoe but we wear able to tighten these enough so she could wear them.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star.
They took more money than the items came to.
It’s impossible to get in touch with them.
The item has not arrived.

SCAM COMPANY ! I usually read reviews before buying but made a huge mistake here. Items still not arrived, useless bot chat just saying it's on its way and thank you for patience. Charged my credit card more than the value of the order too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wish I had read these reviews before I was tempted to order and pay for 3 bras, which like others on here have never arrived. I get the same rubbish from some bot about tracking and chasing. I am so annoyed with myself that I fell for what is obviously a scam. I am now going to try and get a refund via paypal as well as ask them how they let this obviously fraudulent company take advantage of their services.

Waited over 2 months for bras to be delivered, when they did they are rubbish, not as discribed at all, totally unwearable, cant get a sensible reply,
cant seem to get a refund, told to give them to someone else!! Really.

Ordered one bra. 2 months later turned up after messaging them all time .again problem with shipping.... once received it shock horror....its the most pathetic bra going. My friend bought one from a mate for £5 and that was crap.... control comfort????? Omg they really need to try these themselves. Now they want pics of bra....to show them wats wrong.....there's no sizes in bra. Just something stamped on bra on size.... again nothing like pic.

Ordered on the 17th of September Still waiting for the bras to arrive, supposed to be with a courier still not received, today is the 3rd of November

Please do not purchase from this seller, I ordered & paid for items in Aug and nothing received. I have contacted customer service and get the same story they are waiting for an update on the tracking status. They have said this every week, and weeks later still saying the same. They don't contact you, you have to keep messaging them. No help and patronising.

Ordered bras on the 26th Sep 2023,tracking has stopped still not received,not impressed,seems to me to be a complete scam,trying to make contact with them but can't seem to find how.fumming.Do not use this company it's a SCAM.

2 months later and still waiting for my bras. I’ve messaged several times and they keep saying they’re urging the carrier to update tracking information. Mine also arrived in Cardiff over a month ago. I’ve asked several times for a refund and still nothing. DO NOT BUY. Lesson learned.

Still waiting for items I ordered, but getting bombarded with emails in my junk folder asking for details so a parcel can be delivered. Nothing like the reference numbers I had on my order. An expensive learning curve, but I shall NEVER buy from Facebook again.

I ordered 2 bras from a Miniaturem FB ad. Kept getting courier notifications that my items were travelling in USA, going through customs into UK, travelling around Britain. After six weeks I did some research and found that the messages were coming from a scam courier, so I didn’t expect to receive anything. After 2 months my bras arrived! They came from Evri and there was no postage label showing they had been through customs or from outside UK.
They were not the answer to my problems and didn’t deliver what the ad had shown was promised. They are too small and the lace front supports don’t deliver. Also, the shoulder straps slip off. Despite this, they are wearable and not awful to my surprise and for someone a smaller size than my 46G, they could be okay. Would I buy knowing what I know now? No way, in fact, FB ads, no. Lesson learned.
