First visit
Went for the first time today, to say I was unimpressed is a understatement.
Good points:
Spacious
Branding on point
(And thats pretty much it)
Bad points:
- Floor dirty and sticky
- Baby area mats filthy
- Baby swing chair has poo stain on it
- The toys in Baby area are dusty and dirty
-Bathroom dirty
- Bought a juice jug, it had bits of black floating around in it and the outside was dirty.
- WAYYY to many people (you should lower your capacity as the soft play is not big enough.
- flooring mats around soft play coming up causing a trip hazard.
- having to exit to pay for stuff at the till?!?- oh and baby area needs to be downstairs, parents/carers will have buggy and prams and there is nowhere to put them!
Overall not impressed with the fact its also only just opened. They seem to have put all the money into branding and advertisement, and forgot to invest in the actual idea.
