I gave the customer support a call when my order arrived damaged in shipping, they sent me a new replacement the very same day. Best customer service in a while.

For the price I can't really complain, the fort set was pretty fun to build medium sized forts. They kids though it was great so that's what matters

The kids have been building forts nonstop for the past like week lol

I wish I could attach an image of the huge fort we built the other day, the kids are loving their fort building kit to say the least

Fort kit was really fun, the connectors are quite tight and sticks pretty rigid. I recommend getting the big pack through as you can't build too much with the really small ones.

I'm overall happy with my purchase and experience, nothing bad too say really.

Big thanks to Marc at customers service, we had an issue with a damaged package and he was able to solve send a replacement quickly. The new one arrive in time for the birthday it was meant for and it was whole.

I am usually pretty hesitant buying things off Facebook due to previously bad experiences. But I gave it a shot with minilabsters and this time it turned out great ! Fast shipping, cool products and really helpful customer support.

Here with an update: company is a fraud. They did not return my money and did not deliver the package to my nephew either.

I placed an order for an explorer bundle for my nephew and somehow the shipping address changed it to the billing address so the gift was being delivered to another country (To UK instead of USA) it was entirely my fault and I realized it a bit too late (after the order had already been shipped.) So I contacted the customer support through the email provided and discussed the whole situation. That’s when Marc (🦸‍♂️) came into the picture. He first offered to ship it to USA if I just paid the shipping cost, when I offered to return the product and place another order. He talked to the management and sent me another Explorer Bundle Free of cost to my sister’s address in the USA.
I have never in my life (and I am 30 years old so not even that young) seen better customer service!

I would recommend them to everyone.

I have yet to try the product but the customer service is exceptional and extremely quick! I wanted to modify my order after placing and Marc emailed me right away, rectified the problem, and sent me a fast and easy way to pay so they could process my order immediately and ship it out as soon as possible. I truly appreciate the personal touch and real person on the other end. Very excited to try the products with my 4 and 2 year old this summer.

I bought the pocket microscopes for my nieces birthday but neglected to find the postage times. After discovering that they take a little longer than I'm used to, I decided to pursue a refund. Customer services were excellent and the refund was in my account the next day. I did request the refund before the order had been despatched but they replied to my email within the hour.

Very quick, very helpful and very understanding. For a problem that was entirely of my own making, at that. Five stars.

Nice and fast customer service, but horrible fort kit. Cheap and plastic. Looks nothing like what is offered on their page. I got offered 40% refund instead of returning it when I complained. I think they buy the stuff cheap from china, ad a lot (!) to the price and still makes a profit even with the 40% refund.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but this microscope really does zoom a lot!
