Thank you for your feedback. Minily started as a side project built during my studies — originally free simply because hosting costs were negligible at the time. Since then, the service has grown significantly: nearly 15,000 users, millions of clicks processed, custom domain support, analytics, team management, and much more. That growth comes with real infrastructure costs.

The subscription is €5/month — and existing users already receive discount codes bringing it down to around €3/month. Compare that to alternatives like Bitly, which charge close to €20/month for just 20 links. We offer unlimited links with no cap, for a fraction of the price.

The goal has never been profit — it's to keep the service running sustainably. When hosting bills need to be covered every month, a small subscription is the only reasonable path forward. I believe €3–5/month is more than fair for everything Minily provides.

We are truly sorry to hear that you experienced these issues, and we fully understand your frustration.

Regarding the sign-up email, we checked on our end and no sending error was detected. It's possible that it may have landed in your spam or junk folder — we'd encourage you to check there if you haven't already, and also to make sure the email address entered during registration was correct.

As for the Google sign-in, it did work successfully on our side as your account was properly created. If you're still having trouble accessing it, please don't hesitate to share more details so we can pinpoint exactly what went wrong.

Finally, concerning the link creation, please note that certain domains are automatically blocked by our security system to protect our users from fraud, scams, and malicious content. It's possible that the link you were trying to shorten falls under one of these restrictions.
