Es ist sehr enttäuschend, dass das Unternehmen nicht auf E-Mails mit Rückfragen reagiert. Der Kundenservice lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe ein Geschenk bestellt und zusätzliche Versandkosten bezahlt, um sicherzustellen, dass es innerhalb von 3 Tagen ankommt. Leider hat es über eine Woche gedauert, bis das Paket geliefert wurde. Es ist unverschämt, dass dafür extra Geld verlangt wurde. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen per E-Mail habe ich keine Antwort erhalten, wodurch das bezahlte Geld für nichts weg ist.
