When we needed to replace the five existing bifold doors in our living room/kitchen, we chose Minimal Frames — and we’re very glad we did.

From the outset, their service was exemplary. The advice we received was sensible and practical, and the quotation was clear and accurate, which gave us real confidence in the project. After only a minimal delay before work began, the team removed the old system and installed the new doors with impressive efficiency.

The entire installation was completed in just two days (and would have been finished in one if the weather hadn’t been atrocious!). The team were friendly, polite and extremely hardworking, going out of their way to minimise disruption and mess. They worked almost non-stop and handled everything with professionalism and care.

All in all, this was a five-star experience. We would not hesitate to use Minimal Frames again and would happily recommend them to anyone considering new bifold doors.

I ordered some aluminum framed windows and door from Minimal Frames.  As a business owner myself I know the value in having a good team around you.  From the outset, James the sale manager was interested, understood our needs and was always willing to help.  As the goal posts moved he was always happy to help and dealt with issues in a timely and professional manner.  He is certainly an asset to Minimal Frames and just the sort of guy I would love to have on my own management team.

The install team was led by Jay.  He was very personable, gave good sound advice and was very helpful.  We were preparing for a wedding garden party on the last install day and he helped clear spaces and ensured that the window install went smoothly and a quality product was delivered. 

The rest of the install team were clean, tidy, professional, courteous and were also working around our preparations in a considerate way.

We are very please with the product, the door and windows transform the space and certainly bring the outside in. They seem to be of a very good quality and just what we need.  We will definitely be back and look forward to working with Minimal Frames on our next project!

We used Minimal Frame Projexts to install new sliding doors. We couldn’t be happier with the doors. They’re sturdy, slide open easily and let in so much natural light. Jay and his team on site were fantastic. So professional and polite and it all went very smoothly. We were very impressed with both the quality of the product and the service we received.

We had two Velfac windows, a large picture window, two skylights and a set of 3 sliding minimal frame doors installed. Very happy with the products.
Pro's:

- Bob was quick to attend when we had a big issue after install

Con's:
- Builders left to interpret the window requirements - a video walkthrough together would have instilled more confidence to both parties. Even though all worked out fine.

Super smooth experience! Everyone MFP were easy and honest to work with. The fitting team lead by Jason did an exceptional job craning our glass roof up and over the house! The glass itself is beautiful and was measured to perfection. Top work thank you all!

Minimal Frames have been outstanding throughout the process, from planning to instal and aftercare. At all times their communication has been top-notch; fast and effective. Quality of the glazing itself is excellent, the installation process was pain free and the windows and pivot door look incredible. They’ve been really strong on aftercare too, checking in that all works well and correcting a very minor issue quickly.
I really cannot fault any part of our experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend to others.

Bob and his team have taken on our tricky glass extension installation, embraced its complexity and delivered it to perfection. It truly is a stunning addition to the house. The team that worked on site was extremely pleasant; always on time, quiet and polite. The project turned out to be long for its complexity, but the final result was worth the wait. We are very pleased with the outcome and hope it will keep us cool even in the heat of summer.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with MFP. Their salesman assured us they could do the job we described and that it would be handled ‘in house’ throughout. Incorrect on both counts.They wanted a very large deposit before they would even survey the job. They let us down. I did get my money back but it still cost well over £200 for the survey. If you really want to use them, pay by credit card and only deal with the ‘boss’.

I would like to take this opportunity in thanking Aysh and all the team at MFP for the sliding doors. Everything from initial survey, to install went so smoothly. We had a slight delay in delivery (from manufacturer and not MFP) as expected in these current times, however I was kept in the loop throughout and as a result we were able to time parts of our build around this. I would strongly recommend the Hyline 18mm sightline doors to anyone looking for a show-piece!! Thanks again to Aysh and all the team!

I had a great experience with minimal frames. Lead time was short and they fitted them for us also. Very nice people who were careful and considerate whilst doing the work and even cleaned up after themselves! Would recommend

Bob and his team stepped in following the demise of a previous supplier. I found them very efficient and responsive. They were able to complete the order in a short time frame, with the added benefit of completing it before Christmas which was much appreciated. Very happy with the service provided.

I visited the showroom of MFP and met with the director, Bob, earlier this week. It is a new independent glazing business and has taken over the premises from another glazing company that I had placed an order with but is no longer operational as a result of COVID. I found Bob to be very earnest, honest and straightforward. He clearly has a lot of experience in the glazing industry and was empathetic to the historical challenges I had faced in relation to my unfulfilled glazing order with the previous company. He offered to fulfil my glazing requirements within a short timeframe and I was confident that MFP had the ethos/expertise to deliver.
