Love everything on the website

Love everything on the website. The bows are beautiful, they stand on their own, you have the option of having them on the nylon and clips. The clothes are nice and thick material. Alexa always responds quickly if anything is needed

Best customer service and shipping times!

Best customer service! One time, I ordered a bow that wasn’t meant to be on the site and so it had been out of stock. The owner, Alexa, asked me if I wanted a different style or a refund. I chose a refund but she added a mystery bow anyway as a kind gesture for the hassle. And it has become one of our favorite bows!
