minimidi design 

I cannot get a hold of the company and from the below it sounds like it’s a scam. I have tried to get a hold of them for a few weeks to not avail. I will no try through the payment service. I’d minimidi design is reading this, please get in contact with me - order 19835.

We ordered a bed for our son - in June. The site stated it would take about 10 weeks, so we knew in advance what to expect - to an extent. That said, When I reached out 1,5 month later to ask if they could give us a ROUGH shipping date, I was given a rude reply, stating that once our bed was paid for (it was paid for immediately via PayPal), the process would start and only THEN - after 10 weeks - would we find out when we can expect it.

11 weeks passed, and still nothing. After multiple attempts to reach the company, I heard nothing. Thus, I initiated a PayPal dispute and plan on escalating things further to get our money back ASAP.

As a Customer Service QA Lead, I can only say: up your game or close shop. 0/10 recommend.

UPDATE: Thankfully, I paid via Paypal and was able to initiate a dispute - as expected, Minimidi Design responded to absolutely none of my or Paypal's (I'm assuming, at least) requests, and my money was refunded. Absolutely ZERO thanks to Minimidi Design. I also forwarded their site to a page in Austria that warns users of scam sites.

I waited for 4 months and then they simply cancelled the order. I have opened a dispute in Paypal to get my money back.

As you can read here, it takes forever to get a reply for customer service! I had the same experience where it felt like I had been ripped off.

But after contacting the vendor via PayPal (as I had used this to pay for the housebed I ordered), I did receive a response & the bed was delivered even faster than expected!

It isn't very clearly stated on their website, but there's actually a time of --- 45 days --- to look into your questions?

This is, of course, ridiculous and should be changed by this company.

I give 4 stars, because the actual product: the bed, is wonderful and exactly how they describe it on the website.

The wood has been painted white and is predrilled. The plan to build the bed is clear. All the parts needed to assemble the bed are present. The parts themselves (screws, wood glue, ...) are also of high quality! In this time of cheap furniture it has become a rare sight!

The delivery was punctual and clearly communicated. Even the delivery man was very professional and pleasant.

We are certain our daughter will be able to enjoy her beautiful bed for many years to come.
