13 weeks and counting... (UPDATED)
We ordered a bed for our son - in June. The site stated it would take about 10 weeks, so we knew in advance what to expect - to an extent. That said, When I reached out 1,5 month later to ask if they could give us a ROUGH shipping date, I was given a rude reply, stating that once our bed was paid for (it was paid for immediately via PayPal), the process would start and only THEN - after 10 weeks - would we find out when we can expect it.
11 weeks passed, and still nothing. After multiple attempts to reach the company, I heard nothing. Thus, I initiated a PayPal dispute and plan on escalating things further to get our money back ASAP.
As a Customer Service QA Lead, I can only say: up your game or close shop. 0/10 recommend.
UPDATE: Thankfully, I paid via Paypal and was able to initiate a dispute - as expected, Minimidi Design responded to absolutely none of my or Paypal's (I'm assuming, at least) requests, and my money was refunded. Absolutely ZERO thanks to Minimidi Design. I also forwarded their site to a page in Austria that warns users of scam sites.
