I bought a few items online from minimini and they only sent me half of what I ordered! they didnt respond to my emails and only repsonded to my messenger mail 3 days later when I informed them I was going to request a refund from paypal.
They then acknowledged there was an "honest mistake" in packing but for only one of the items I didn't receive (the cheapest!!) They suggested that they consulted cctv footage. When asked to share the footage, they never responded! Going through a long process to claim my money back and ordering the same products from another company.
it's a shame because I wanted to order from Mimimini to support a local company. It seems that it has since been bought by another retailer called Langley, which was not evident in the website.
