Those guys are AWESOME
Those guys are AWESOME, I recommended them to my friends and family and they are all happy with their hardware.
I got multiples miners from them over the years and each time I am impressed with the quality and service received.
Everything is well prepared and well assembled. It is really convenient for beginners or advanced people.

The ordered product arrived as agreed.
The ordered product arrived as agreed and was very well packaged. Customer service was flexible, professional and friendly. The only negative thing is the long delivery times due to component shortages. The company is reliable which is not taken for granted in these crazy Crypto days.

As explained to you by email, since you did not wanted to look for the source of the issue with your hardware, we had no other choice than returning the unit here. We understand that this occurs downtime on your side, but this is our policy in such situations. We are very sorry that this is not the way that you wanted this, but we do not think that it has something to do with our customer service. All emails and communications were sent to you without any delay and we were extremely supportive to you and your case.
Amazing service
I received my order well, it was safely packed, the team helped me with my few questions and help me set up my purchase. I am really glad with my purchase with them. I recommend MiningCave for sure.
