I have not been disappointed by a seemingly legit company. Miningcity is a scam. I invested R39400 believing I'd receive monthly profits. It's almost 1 year and all I've received is less than R1899. They will tell you, you can't get a refund after 72hrs. Please stay away from these people.

I bought a bronze plan and still haven't been able to withdraw.
Reasons Mining City is a Ponzi:
- No company takes 6+ months to KYC.
- No proof provided of Cyprus regulation changes (This started there KYC).
- Twitter and Facebook comments stopped/deleted.
- Still selling "Mining plans" while previous users cant withdraw or change packages. ( Miners stolen and miners shut down due to power crisis), so how can you sell packages if not mining.
- Carte blanche reached out to them for comments but they wouldn't respond.
- Not a registered security ( Warnings from SEC as well as FSCA).
- Lied about registering with the SEC in the Philippines.
- Wont accept BTCV or ELCASH as payment for BTC mining, while they where the ones promoting it
- No proof that they still mining ELCASH or BTCV.

Mining City as usual just provided a generic response and cant answer these serious Questions.
They have also stated in there Official Telegram channel they "may" take legal action for damages against the company, Please consult a Legal Professional if this happens to be the case, Mining City has no authority in any jurisdiction (Consult SEC of your respected country or FSCA) , they just want more money from there customers. Extract below from there telegram.
"Will bear a risk of being sued by the company for the damages they have caused to the business due to the overpaid amounts of the sales commissions (if any)."
Summary:

Mining City is a BIG FAT SCAM!!! I invested $600 and almost 1 year I only got $12. I try to email them regarding a refund but its seems the answer is a ROBOT customer service with no heart and telling they cant predict the cryptocurrency which they are mining coin not trading adding a lies repeatedly. They just steal all the money that you work hard and they still continuing scamming innocent people and thousands of them. All their BIG CONTAINER mining is just a fake and propaganda. Its a 100% SCAM. As my experience in MINING CITY, at first is giving you a promised but too many announcement and changes happen but in the end they just robbed you in your pocket and disguise to manipulate everything. I regret to join this MINING CITY SCAM and DONT JOIN THIS USELESS FAKE COMPANY🤦♂️😠😤

100% scam. They will tell you story after story and more excuses. Their BTCV is a scam coin. Their Elcash is a scam coin too. Their latest trick from their bag of deceit is the KYC verification process which they say can takes at least 30 days to validate and approve. Thousands of innocent peoples investment accounts have been frozen as we speak and they will never get their money back from these merciless daylight robbers.

All lies. Do not buy their coin. It is a big scam. They brainwash innocent people and you transfer bitcoin for their stupid coin. I invested huge amount of money there over a year and 6 months and not even a dollar came out of it. Their so called governors, mayors and managers tell you big fat lies because of the bonus they will get when you sign in. They wouldn't tell you that it is not worth investing in.

Never had any issues!
I have been a member with Mining City since mid 2019. The platform provides Mining Plans and also allow us to build our team to collect additional rewards (completely up to me if I want to do this)
The mining rewards fluctuate according to the coins network and price, and this is all very well explained by the company through their social media and continued customer care.
They have provided me with a very easy platform to learn about Cryptocurrency and I am happy such a platform exists.
Never had any problems, and dont understand why people say 'Scam'. The scammers are the users who just network to anybody without giving a good explanation when building their teams. Only bet what you are willing to lose. Dont blame others.
Always do your research and learn learn learn. Happy to be a customer of Mining City.

I recommend to using their services
I recommend to using their services, they care about community a lot. I have been dealing with them for 10 months and I cannot complain. There are regular zoom meetings with the ambassadors, the CEO Greg is also present. I don’t understand these rumors about them not being legit, it is a lie. I highly recommend if you want to try actual mining instead of just buying coins. I had some issues to enter the website a while ago, but now I use VPN and all works well
