They are pulling money from HTX exchange. Send them your transaction history and report your story of their fraud to them. They will work with law enforcement.

I don't mind paying fees, when they make sense. But asking me for more just to unlock what's already mine, that didn't sit well with me not after all I've seen in life. I took that as a sign.At my age, I learn to trust my gut. I've taken a step back to think things through.

I've dealt with too many smooth talkers in my time. FIFTH & heaven isn't one of them. They say what they'll do and they do it. Withdrawals come through without issue, that's why they've got my full trust now.

I waited for withdrawal for several weeks, but their support kept procrastinating, and at some point, they started ignoring my messages. They are manipulators that is only after your deposits. Changing on to PAIVA has paved the way, and everything is going well. No more delays, and transparency is there that assures good returns.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS COMPANY IS STILL WORKING. THEY REFUSE MY ENTRY AS IF IT NEVER EXISTED. IN SHORT, THEY TOOK 9000 DOLLARS FROM ME AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY.

I invested $500 into this scam about a month ago. I was planning on letting my investment grow by reinvesting my profits up through the various contracts. Suddenly they took 2 of the smaller contracts away including the $500 one. They replaced them with a $3,000 one and a $5,000 one. So I tried to withdraw my $500 plus around $200 I had earned. I was told withdrawals were turned off due to "maintenance" until Aug. 4th. Then about a week ago, the site disappeared. Along with my damn money! This is exactly why I only put $500 in. You can't trust ANYBODY these days! Everything's a damn scam!!!

I can't reach my account, even I can't enter the site. There are very bad issue with this 🙄🙄

Sad that so many have lost thier money, there should be some type of group for us to contact each other and file a case on them >

1 star seems too high of a rating. I really had hope with this group. But they took everyone's money and just disappeared.

As I’ve heard in the past but i thought I can’t lose if I sign up for free, it was good for a while but after several months of usage when I actually decided to use some of my own money then they came up with a scheme of multiple buys for the same contract and then your money gets locked and they want you clear the negative that is caused buy their tricks. And now their true colors has shown, they closed the site and everyone has lost their money, and as I started to say at the beginning, they will do what they did in the past will open another site under a different name and they will prey on more new people.

They blocked my account when i send email to their customer services they did not response me yet …. They blocked my 9300$ .

This company's site is completely down, and I could not get any of my funds out from them. I've been waiting for them to release my withdrawal, but they have refused to do it. I'm highly disappointed, and please avoid them. Now I have switched on to PAIVA and everything turned out well. No lies or delay, and it assures you of good returns.

I can't login, I can't reach anyone and my account is just gone. I trusted them. I kept trying to believe each excuse they gave, hoping the next step would fix it. it never did. They kept asking for more and I kept giving, thinking I was solving the issue. I wasn't. Everything I worked for has disappeared with them. No way back. If I had found FIFTH & heaven sooner, I'd still have what I lost and more. It's the only one I've stuck with this long because they deliver results and respect my withdrawal requests without delays.

why the site is not loading?! what the hell happened?! thanks god i didnt invest my money. i just used free contracts but now the website doesnt load.

Hi... ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO, I SAW THAT MININGCOOP'S RATING AT THE TRUSTPILOT WAS 4.5... SO, I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE HONEST COMPANY... I DEPOSITED A TOTAL OF $4,190 INTO MY MININGCOOP ACCOUNT BALANCE AND STARTED TO PURCHASE THEIR CONTRACTS... I WAS EVEN READING THE PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS OF EACH CONTRACT BEFORE BUYING THEM... WHEN MY BALANCE BECAME OVER $7,000 AND I PURCHASED 3 $1,000 CONTRACTS BECAUSETHERE WAS A PURCHASEREQUIREMENTOF MINIMUM 3 PURCHASE, THEY DID NOT SETTLED MY PROFITS AFTER 24 HOURS, LIKE THEY SUPPOSED TO DO... The company is pure evil. They discontinued their support line so you can't even reach out to them. The site will be down shortly. These scumbag cowards need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for taking advantage of hard working families. Pure evil. I'm sure they are working on starting another fraudulent platform under a new name.

Site froze my funds. They suspended my contract halfway thru it and said I either had to upgrade, or I could wait 15 days for system to cancel it out and then return my funds to my account. Its been 15 days, funds are still frozen, and support is non existant. Do yourself a favor and Stay away from Miningcoop. They will steal your money

Review:

On July 23, 2025, MiningCoop's system generated two identical $5,000 contracts from a single action, deducting $10,000 from my account despite a balance of just $5,473. This backend error was not triggered by me, and it has resulted in a false negative balance of -$4,527.00.

I submitted extensive documentation: timestamps, contract IDs, screenshots, and a chat log with their support team. Their explanation of “network instability” completely fails to account for the duplicate execution or resolve the issue. No action has been taken to reverse the error or correct my balance, even after escalation attempts.

I have now filed complaints with four consumer protection agencies, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, UK Financial Conduct Authority, and the New York Attorney General’s Office. I strongly urge others to proceed with caution and document everything thoroughly before investing.

Transparency and accountability are critical when dealing with large financial transactions — and unfortunately, MiningCoop fell short.
