Unique designs
I liked how things were organized in categories. There were a few things unavailable in baby sizes, only came in kid sizes which was disappointing, but that happens.
Your items are unique, but your prices are high, especially for infant clothing. I purchased from you because you were listed on my daughter's baby registry. Now I have to wait for the order to be shipped & I hope it gets here in time for the baby shower in 10 days!

Terribly unhelpful company if anything goes wrong
Order lost in transit, and Miniolie is telling me to go to every post office in my city to ask if it's there. The delivery company that Miniolie is using in Italy has lost my order and they cannot be contacted in any way (they have no phone number, they don't have a functioning email address, and their only means of contact is a website form that gives you an error in Chinese if you actually try to submit it). I asked Miniolie for help and 1) they can't actually help me contact the shipping company. they just keep telling me to go to every single post office in my town to check if my package is there (!!!!!); 2) they have refused to send me a replacement; 3) they have refused to refund me. So use Miniolie at your own risk, terrible company.

The clothes were very cute and brings attention. They look so adorable on the baby models, so I couldn’t help but spend so much. I was very happy that the more you purchase you get more discounts. I didn’t receive any of them yet so I cant tell whether the fabrics were worth the amount, but Im very sure the qualities will be great, and will come back to purchase more. The dresses were so much prettier than the regular stores. Five stars!

There is something with every single grandparent name, except for Granny. If you had anything with Granny on it, I would’ve happily purchased every girl item. I had a difficult time with your web site. It took me 4 times to finally conclude my order. I was making a purchase to send to a different mailing address as it was a gift. There was no option for a message and the payment method was difficult because I was using a credit card.

After I put in my cc info and pressed purchase I got a brand new total without the discount. I would not have added items to my order to get the 25% off if I knew this would happen.
