I ordered the wrong size on one of the when the order was about to be shipped. I was very concerned but after I emailed MiniOllie, I received a reply from their customer service and assured me that they were able to change one of the items to the correct size. I was very grateful for the wonderful customer care and this was my first order with the seller and the items were of very good quality and design! I was very happy and I ordered with them again.

I never received my product
I never received my product. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to pay the shipping fees a second time even though I had already paid for them. That is completely unacceptable.
I asked them to provide a photo as proof that the package was delivered, but they never responded to that request. Instead, they told me to contact the shipping company. The shipping company does not answer the phone and they did not even provide the correct email address.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I am simply asking for proof that the package was delivered or for them to resolve the issue, but they refuse to help.
Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
