I love the adorable products, and was impressed by how quickly any issue I had was addressed! This was very much appreciated. I did however get caught a few times thinking I would receive all the items that were displayed in the photo, and was disappointed when the person I sent it to only got 2 pieces instead of 4… eg: hat and booties to go with outfit we’re not actually included. For me that is what made it such a great deal, because it was a completed outfit, however I neglected to read the “fine print” 😞. Perhaps not including them would make it clearer that they are NOT apart of the purchase.

Great clothes presentation and cute
The website is great and the clothes are so incredibly cute. I did not notice shipping options. If they were available, that were not easy to find or I was nit navigated clearly to them. I really need my items delivered within a week and I am concerned because the order confirmation says 3-8 days to even ship. If during the order process I had been given an estimated delivery date, I likely would not have made the purchase, but now I spent $900 on clothes that may not arrive in time for a baby shower I am hosting.

I ordered 2 waffle weave outfits for my great niece. The picture showed the top bottoms hat and shoes. I thought the price was a bit high but you got 4 items so it was worth it.

I love the clothes on your site
I love the clothes on your site. I am however very disappointed in your return policy. It seems extremely complicated. I am a 79 yo woman who loves to buy clothes for a toddler I love and some of the items I have purchased are too small. I am going to attempt to return the items and all I really want is a store credit.
This toddler does not live near me so getting items back and forth is a bit of a problem.
Take a look at the Return Policy on Quince. I can navigate that one with zero problems.
