The bar management is poor

The bar management is poor, the overcharged me for drinks and instead of refunding me, they charged me extra via card, which seems not a genuine mistake... Phone number is useless and the form for assistance seems not working. Management of complaints is extremely poor

A very worrying experience where a MALE…

A very worrying experience where a MALE attendant burst into the Ladies VIP (upstairs) toilet, unannounced. When asked what he was doing, he rudely responded "my checks", I advised a man should NOT be in the ladies toilets, and he could have knocked at the least.

He was rude and dismissive about being confronted on why a MAN was in the women's toilets. I have NEVER encountered this in my 30+ years of raving!?!?! What if a young 18yo was in there on her own? My most bizarre encounter. How he felt so entitled and audacious to walk in is still beyond me.

He 'said' his name was Morgan and this took place on Fri 27th Dec. 5'10ish, white, brown/dark hair. Would be great if Ministry followed up on this!

Disappointing VIP Experience - Not Worth the Money

I purchased VIP tickets for the Ministry of Sound 2024 event in Brisbane, expecting a premium experience with a great view of the stage. Instead, the VIP section was tucked away at the back, far from the stage and the atmosphere. To actually enjoy the event and get anywhere near the stage, I had to leave the so-called VIP area and venture into general admission.

For the price paid, this was incredibly disappointing. The VIP experience offered no real advantage and felt like a waste of money. I won’t be opting for VIP tickets again unless this is seriously improved.

SECURITY ARE RUDE AND RACIST!!

This has probably been the worst nightclub experience I’ve ever had. We showed up at Ministry of Sound at around 11.20PM last night, we were a group of 6 going for our friend’s birthday and we were all let in apart from one of my friends. My friend who was refused entry said apparently the security said he “looks too old to be a student” despite currently studying for a degree.
I then went out to tell the security he’s in a big group with us and I was being cut off at every word. The security then said “you’re friend is being rude so that’s why he ain’t coming in” even though that’s far from the case. I asked every security guard (including the main security chief) to tell me what my friend said and they refused to give details to me which is pathetic but then vaguely say he’s not coming in. So how does that add up???
They then collectively started calling him names, racial slurs and said to him “Mohammed, go home” simply because of his North African background. This is racial stereotyping at an extreme!!
How do you hire people that can’t even do their job professionally by making things personal for no reason??
I want a full explanation on what you’ll do about this!

Over Rated Club London

Latest visit August 2022.
Great venue let down by overpriced drinks (£17.50 for double spirit and mixer, £4.50 for water), overcrowding and too dangerously hot, surprised someone didn't collapse from overheating and lack of hydration.
Disappointed to leave a brilliant event far too early.
