Minitab Limits Use of Product through Fixed Licenses
Minitab went from a floating license model to a fixed model making it cost prohibitive to use throughout the entire company. Only selected associates can now use this tool which limits our ability to improve processes.
As far as implementation of the fixed licenses...that went well.

Mini Tab for Pharma…
I felt the instructor was very clear on explaining each project - Showing where the information came from, how to apply it and what the results mean't.
Even though the course was information heavy it was presented at a comfortable pace.

The instructor was very knowledgeable…
The instructor was very knowledgeable in the system. Unfortunately, the level of training was a bit above my knowledge of Mini Tab and a lot of the training was beyond comprehension. Stuck out the training for the end where he actually allowed us to submit our own data and discuss what steps should take to review. Good Training overall. Just was above my knowledge level for the most part.

Best for Statistical study

Easy to understand even if factorial plans are not so simple.
A lot of practical exercises to improve understanding.

I took us a few weeks to get this sort…
I took us a few weeks to get this sort out, because the one individual license was not quite easy to find and edit for the final user to get the license.
We reached the customer support and sales teams but they kept redirecting us to other parties until we finally got where we could find the correct space.

More minitab less theory.
I was hoping for more minitab training than the theory behind all the statistics and formulas on how minitab works. It was interesting to a point, but a little too much theory into the origin of the statistics. The idea behind minitab is so that there is no need for the manual calculations, why teach this with depth.
