Very good webshop

I already bought several items with this company. Prices are very competitive, goods are well packed and when contacting the customer service they respond very quickly. Have no complaints about delivery. All goods arrive in time. If you have problems with your delivery maybe you should blame the post office service in your country or ship with registered mail. I can surely recommend this shop to everyone.

I am COMPLETELY SHOCKED WITH this eSHOP!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Sir,
I made my shopping 5/10/2013, a mobile phone W8 Beyond 5.0" 4-Core Phone + Bluetooth Headset = €191.35 and some gadgets, total cost €199,64 .
I’ am waiting about 4 1/2 months but nothing, And what they are telling me? Read please carefully:
1. 25/11 Sorry to keep you wait.
We have dispatched the following item xxxxxxxxxxxx000042140 to you on 2013/10/9. We will raise a written query to our post office about your item, and urge post office to deliver the parcel sooner. It may takes some time to get reply from post office. we appreciate your patience.
We will get back to you as soon as we get any information from post office. And if you receive your item during this period, please let us know.
Thanks.
2. 16/1 Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please wait for more days. We have raised the written query to our post office. It takes more time to get the reply from post office.
If you have received the item, please inform us.
If post office confirm your item is lost, we will refund money to you or resend a good and new item to you as compensation.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience to you.
3. 28/1 We are very sorry for all the trouble it's caused.
We fully understand your situation, but it would be difficult and time-consuming for the post office to check the status of your parcel.
And we appreciate your understanding and patience.
The Live Chat customer service is still provided on a 7x24 basis.
4. 5/2 First of all, we truly understand your situation and we are very sorry for all the delay it has caused.
We are eager to provide good service to our customers, but once the parcel is shipped and the post office has taken over, we are just pretty much waiting for it like our customers since it is now far beyond our control.
We feel regretful that the delivery does not go well for some uncertain reasons, but we have contacted the postal office already to see what we could do while we are waiting. Thank you for your understanding and have a good day!

They refuse to return by money back, they don’t know nothing about the parcel they post to me. I’ am afraid that I lost my money. I will not make a shop that kind, ever. It’s very risky. Be careful; don’t believe designers and front pages. There is nothing else.
I have all the mails for anyone who doesn’t believe me. I am very sorry for this people and their customer service. Very sorry, beacuse they are coming from a great civilazation. It's a pitty!! I wish iam wrong.
