Was really enjoying the app while working with it. always found helpful tips to keep getting the most from it. Recently I had to cancel the subscription and not because of the app. Life took me down a different path recently and won't be using it for quite some time. I contacted support chat cause I didn't see where to cancel a subscription. Spoke with agent, he verified a couple of things, asked a question or 2 and then he resolved the issue. Painless! great company to work with. Great Software.

Clear and concise presentation of Partition Wizard. Video was very helpful, software is very straight-forward and easy to use. It did the re-partitioning process quickly and completely. It even did the reboot . . . Questions via email were answered quickly, clearly and completely, even on the weekend!

We use Minitool Shadowmaker Pro and it is a fantastic tool to help us protect our data. It's very easy to use and we will continue to apply it in our systems.

Additionally, we required support from MInitool and Mia was very prompt and very professional. Made it easy to solve an issue for us.

MiniTool support is excellent. I bought a new PC and needed my license reset. Within a couple of hours the license was reset and I was able to partition my new drives.

Minitool system booster installed activebridge, a trojan coin miner, onto my computer, and was running it 24/7. Do NOT install

Simply the best software tool out there for managing resolving disk and partition issues! I've had to re-install my OS on just about every PC and laptop in my house, and realized early that I needed to purchase the pro version. And of course, with every OS re-install, I had to re-install MiniTool Partion Wizard, which required re-activation, and for which tech/customer support were ALWAYS helpful and prompt in helping me with that (pro tip: hold on to your account info to help *them*!)

Thank goodness that there are still honest companies out here and Mini Tool is definitely one of them. I had done a clean install of windows 11 and I had somehow deleted the emails of where I had kept all my receipts. I had a lifetime receipt for there partition wizard and now it was gone. I notified Mini Tool but wasn't expecting too much because all I had was my name and 3 years had gone by. Within an hour they had emailed me back all my info and with the code. Im very thankful to them and for that I am a lifetime customer. They are without a doubt the best out here. Thanks guys and keep up the good work

Very pleased with support team. Email responses usually the same day - certainly within 24 hrs. Support folks engage directly to gather information, and then research and follow up with recommendations. For me it's usually a user environment issue (hardware, function selections) - and they stay with the problem until it's fixed. Good software. Great support!

I purchased MiniTool recovery software, but due to a hardware issue, it couldn’t help; however, Vicky in customer support was prompt, helpful, and processed my refund quickly; I’ll gladly return if I need their services again.

I was using the Partition Wizard tool and needed to understand the differences between the results of the tool's output on a Windows 7 box vs. a Windows 10 box. A support agent ("Vicky") took the time to research the issue and send an explanatory eMail about the differences to me. (Simply put, newer versions of Windows 10 will display partitions of a USB stick, but 'stock' Windows 7 does not.) I feel that she went "above and beyond" to answer my question.
