Some issues most understandable
I had to contact them about my order as they did not know it existed, they said that it was because they were having issues with their website which I think might have been because they were moving to another website.
Just to be clear I ordered on the optimumlashglue.co.uk website and they were moving to minkpro.co.uk
Once I contacted them they responded within the day and had the order processed within the day.
I did not get a tracking number or a email saying they sent it out for delivery just that it was processed this may have been because of the issues they were having.
The order came on the last day of delivery window however that did include the weekend and a bank holiday so that's understandable and the delivery window is not that long: 3 - 5 days.
There was some self assembly required which was not stated on the website but it was very easy to do so it wasn't a problem but I would like to have known before hand. It was a very small item and there was no instructions but it was straight forward.

Thank you for your purcahse and review, yes you are correct the issues you had were due to moving domains. I can see that you purchased a set of nail clippers. We have not had any issues from other customers with regards to assembling, we will keep this in mind for future orders.
