I ordered a squisy toy for my sister and it came in a very bad condition it was dirty and tiered up from some areas. I am very dissapointed and want to return. Waste of money.

I purchased a green boys' kurta from the Mini Minors sale. Two buttons were loose and found in the packaging bag. I immediately visited Mini Minors for an exchange but was told they cannot exchange it, and a refund isn't allowed per their policy. I asked if I could exchange the kurta for another item and pay the difference, but the manager was least interested in solving our problem.

pathetic customer service for online orders. I pplaced an order online and messaged them with the bank transfer reciept. The lady replied very rudely asking for adress details although every thing had been provided beforhand. I pointed that out and then they disappeared all together. i left them so many messages and they never replied or emailed me. They never dispatched the order or returned the money. the online order is a total scam and theft!

REALLY BAD BRAND DUE TO THEIR REFUND POLICY, ONCE YOU HAVE BOUGHT CLOTHES YOU ARE TRAPPED IN AND LOST YOUR MONEY.
I WENT TO BUY CLOTHES FROM GUJRAT KUCHERY ROAD BRANCH AND BOUGHT THEM, BUT WHEN I WENT TO CHANGE THE SIZE, SIZE WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN THAT PARTICULAR CLOTH. SO, BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE WHICH RESULTED IN I HAVE TO GET BACK 2000PKR BUT THEY SAID I MUST HAVE TO BUY FOR 2000PKR. SO I TRIED AND FOUND FOR 1400PKR. BUT STILL 600PKR WAS LEFT,WHICH I COULD NOT GET BACK SO, THEY HAVE LOOTED MY 600PKR.

Horrible brand. They makes clothes designs but have literally no clue how to make them wearable. My baby is relatively small in size and the clithes mentioned 6-9 months? She outgrew them at 3 months.i have been gifted a frock 1yr and above from my sister from minie minors and her head can not pass through. Like this is common sense to make the necks of baby clothes wide enough so baby's fragile arms and neck isn't forced. Thos is minie minors problems with all clothes. I have had to literally cut necks of frocks. They should not be allowed to make baby clothes

I am proud of this brand ,bcz it's my homeland brand .I am used to buy their trendy, comfortable,and stylish clothes . Well-done Minnie Minors keep it up.
