I purchased a dress on the 20th of December. I returned it on the 23rd with proof of postage as of yet I have had no refund and no acknowledgement for the return. I have emailed them three times and contacted them via Instagram and still no reply really bad customer service and still no refund. I will not be buying from this website again and I advise others to do the same Jane Oleary.
States on their website that they despatch goods for next day delivery. I placed an order on Tuesday evening so it should have been despatched on Wednesday. I had no notification that it had been despatched so I sent an email. Suddenly it was despatched but not until Thursday morning. They lied to me telling me the courier (DPD) doesn’t collect on a Wednesday! 🙄. I should have known better than to order goods from a “reality star”. Never again!!!!
