Great shirts and a long journey
My order took much longer than expected to arrive, but the final product turned out amazing and I’m very excited about it. While the wait was frustrating, the company ultimately delivered. Clearer upfront communication about extended timelines would be helpful. What I expected to take about a week ended up taking nearly two months and required multiple emails. That said, once in contact, their communication was responsive and helpful. This may have been due to the holidays though. Or tariffs.
